Walk in the front door of our south-facing, second floor condo and all you see is sunshine and trees. All you'll hear are birds and the rustling of leaves. That’s because every window looks out on the nature preserve next door.

But as much as you’ll enjoy the condo’s open floor plan and cheery beach-themed decor, you’ll immediately want to head outside! Hop on one of the four bikes we provide and in four minutes you are at Sea Oaks’ private beach club, complete with beach chairs and umbrellas, pool, and full service bar and restaurant. Sea Oaks also has 16 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, and a fitness center. Book a tennis or pickleball lesson with a pro, sign up for a class, or hit with a ball machine. Plenty of other activities are available nearby including golf, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing. Weekly or monthly rentals available.

This place is the total package

This condo was lovely. Very clean, short walk to the beach, many pool choices on the property, attentive owners. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Vero Beach.

Very well appointed condo with everything you could need in peaceful tranquil spot up in the trees. Had no problems or complaints. Having access to Netflix and Prime was a great bonus. Would stay here again and recommend.

Beautiful Location

Sea Oaks is a lovely property, the condo had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is friendly and the staff are great. We got to see sea turtle nests, fished at the marina and saw dolphins. We enjoyed our time there.

What a wonderful place to stay. The property grounds are about as beautiful as you can get and the condo itself was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. Location was fantastic and the beach club provided the chairs and umbrellas at no cost. The owners are great to deal with and answered all my questions quickly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous Vacation!!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time. The condo/apartment was extremely clean when we arrived. The owners have stocked everything you could think of from kitchen appliances, bikes, board game, beach toys, etc. The community was lovely. We enjoyed exploring the jungle trail, swimming in the pool, playing on the beach and meeting new people. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, sunny, cozy condo

We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was exactly as described. It really felt like we were in a treehouse the jungle. It was a short walk to the beach/clubhouse. The condo has four bikes to use as well. We utilized these a lot especially because it was so hot out. It made it much for enjoyable to get to the pool/beach. We enjoyed the pool a lot and it was so nice to order drinks and food poolside. We also enjoyed walking the beach and grabbing smoothies at beach bites.

Fabulous amenities in a great location

This condo worked out perfectly for my husband and me as well as my brother-in-law and sister-in-law who visited us for part of the week! Appreciated the great communication from the owners too. Great location—secure gated community, not far from downtown Vero Beach, and very quiet. Condo is well-equipped and the amenities are awesome—we had coffee on the beach most mornings, grilled out at the tennis villa pool for lunch several days enjoying this small quiet pool location, and also spent some days at the large pool on the beach with the poolside bar and restaurant. We enjoyed biking through the community with the bikes provided by the condo, walking the beach and the trails in the community, and even found some good books to read during the week at the association’s library. Well-equipped fitness center and excellent restaurant on property too. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation!

Excellent property - quiet, convenient, fully equipped, clean

Chris and Elaine Williams' condo is a true 5-star unit. Scrupulously clean, well-equipped, quiet and very nicely decorated. It's a top-floor (2-story) unit at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated, well-secured, well-organized community. The beach and pool are a short walk from the unit. We spent most of our time walking the trails at Pelican Island, a national wildlife refuge a short ride away. If you're a wildlife fan, this is an excellent place to explore. Communication with the Williams' was excellent with fast responses to questions and helpful suggestions. Can't wait to go back!

Great Property!

The “Treehouse” is a great property from the illuminated outside trees at night to the condo beach house at the ocean. The property is kept very clean and is in superb condition. There is an adequate supply of paper products supplied and quite a few beach chairs and an umbrella provided. Sea Oaks is private and secure. Hope to go back in the future!

Week of relaxation in Vero

We have stayed at quite a few wonderful VRBO properties, and this stay was among the best. Communication with the owners was extremely responsive from start to finish. The property itself is exactly as pictured - clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. I was especially pleased with the kitchen as it was fully stocked with exactly what I needed, including spices, excellent knives, storage containers, and extra supplies. No mismatched garage sale leftovers here - the owners designed a kitchen you can cook in. The bedding, towels, and beds were topnotch. Additionally, our son had to work during this vacation, so the internet/wifi connection was critical to us, and it didn't disappoint. The club/pool is just a short walk from the condo, as is the beach. All are amazing. We ate two dinners at the club and would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone. This was a perfect place for our family to relax, de-stress, and enjoy all that Vero has to offer. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The Best of Vero Beach

Every aspect of this condo exceeded our expectations. It’s exactly as advertised with everything to a high standard and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply put, we LOVE the beach and everything that goes along with sunny skies and warm weather. We met playing tennis almost 20 years ago and vacations for us typically include sun, sand and sailing. We got engaged on a beach in Australia, and married on a beach in Mexico. But we live in Colorado, so we also enjoy skiing at Vail and cozy nights by the fire.

Why they chose this property

In April 2018, we visited a cousin who lives at Sea Oaks. We enjoyed the resort so much that within a week we had put in an offer on our condo! The grounds are lovely, the beach is miles-long, and the food is outstanding. We fell in love with our top-floor condo because it is spacious and sunny yet incredibly private because it is perched at the edge of a forest preserve.



What makes this property unique

While the thriving town of Vero Beach is close-by, you honestly never have to leave the resort. A typical day for us at Sea Oaks starts with an early tennis match followed by a swim in the ocean and a long walk on the beach. By then, it's almost noon and time for a delicious, healthy lunch at the beach-front gazebo bar. Afternoons include bike rides, kayaking or just lazing around. You can't beat a casual dinner al fresco back at the gazebo bar, or a fancy date-night at the formal restaurant overlooking the ocean. When you are ready to venture off the grounds, rent a boat and cruise the Indian River, play golf, ride an airboat, see live theater. The list of activities is long.
