Our Garden Studio has been a favorite spot many guests over the years. A perfect retreat in the heart of Silver Lake's lively Sunset Junction neighborhood. The apartment is a comfortable, well-laid out and cozy space that opens onto a lovely gravel yard with love seat and table set under a great shade tree. The apartment is 2 flights below street level and offers privacy and calm in the midst of this thriving neighborhood. We're two blocks' walk from the Tuesday and Saturday Farmer's Market at Polka Dot Plaza. Sunset Junction, where Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevards cross, is 3 blocks away and offers multiple great coffee and restaurant options. The Studio works well for one person or a couple. Full bath, Full-size bed, small dining/working table overlooking the yard, solid wifi, kitchenette, washer and dryer in the unit.
