Great condo in a great location! We loved being so close to town, but having a beach area that was not crowded. Our host was lovely and the condo was well-stocked. The AC worked well, pool area was great, views and beach access amazing! We’d love to come back again- enjoyed every bit of our visit!

The condo had everything we needed for a great week in Tamarindo. We liked the quieter location away from the downtown area. It felt safe and was very clean. The beach right near the condo was fun for tide pooling with the kids and the pool was a convenient way to cool down in the afternoon! We had one issue with a toilet and Justin came quickly to fix it.

Th space was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the two balconies and watched many sunsets from them. The pool was perfect. The property is located steps from a beautiful beach covered with volcanic rocks, which created tidal pools with lots of fish, crabs etc. The property is a very short walk from Langosta beach which is beautiful and much quieter and cleaner than tamarindo beach. We felt very safe in the condo which has locked gates. Although in general we found the community very safe. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful beachfront condo!We loved our stay — the condo was spotless, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The view was stunning, especially at sunset, and the pool was a great bonus. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and relaxing. Perfect Tamarindo getaway. Highly recommend!

The hosts were very nice and communicative. The property was very easy to find and we felt very safe there. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and there was plenty of room for the six of us. There was a bathroom in every bedroom, which was very convenient including a half bath on the first floor. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for a place to stay, especially with a group of people.

Great condo! Was a little disappointed in the construction that was going on in the mornings....made it a little difficult for the kids to sleep in, but otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location is great....just far enough from all the activity of Tamarindo, but close enough not to be inconvenient. Good communication from Syd throughout! Would definitely stay here again.

Tamarindo Family Stay

The condo was great. Really nice layout for 4 adults. The wife and I really loved the penthouse and the penthouse views and the kids loved chilling on the patio and taking in the views. Surfing at Playa Langosta right out front . Pool. Slightly removed from Tamarindo beach . Willy, the property manager . Definitely recommend.

Spring break

The owner and his property manager were super helpful and very accessible. They got us a ride back and forth to airport and helped reserve a golf cart. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown and amazing restaurants. Sunsets were amazing right from property and we spent hours in the pool. Condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Tide pools were really cool right on the beach in front of condo. Would love to go back for a friends trip or multiple families.

Property was great. Close enough to town but far enough to be able to enjoy some quiet time. Views were amazing. Owner and staff were very responsive and able to help with any concerns. Property was well appointed and we had everything to feel at home for our entire stay. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful condo! Spectacular ocean views, easy access to the beach, and semi private pool. The condo is very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities of home. The only downside was the water pressure in the showers, but otherwise had a fantastic time!

Thanks Ami, interesting about the shower pressure as this is the first time this has happened in the 10 years since the condo complex was built. I am at loss to explain this and will report it to the property manager ASAP. As there is a pump to maintain water pressure all the time my only conclusion is that this was temporarily out of order . Thanks for mentioning this. We hope to see you again Syd P.S. August 10/18 The water pressure was checked today in the condo and all is fine. It appears there was some work going on in the town for a few days limiting the water supply but all is good now.

Great property and location

Pictures were very accurate for this well maintained property. Great location on a quiet street but with several restaurants within a couple blocks. Only 1 mile to the busy downtown. Willy, the concierge, was excellent, providing great excursion options and coordination. He also got us groceries ahead of our arrival. Only slight negative is the water directly in front of the property is rocky and not swimmable. Great beach a short walk to the left though. Highly recommend!
