The house was just as pictured. The communication with the host was clear and prompt and Taylor Made property management had a wonderful website and easy to use portal to manage all information as well. We would definitely stay again. They did report we needed to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap but we did have it all supplied when we arrived and nice packages of hand and dish soap as well.

Beautiful house, great location, plumbing issues

First of all, the house is beautiful. Great space, very clean, modern. Heat works great, great windows, spacious living room, dining table, garage, decks etc. Location was wonderful, very close to Wisp, beautiful neighborhood. When we arrived, the shower did not work- water did not drip out of it. Seemed like it was corroded. Also the dishwasher did not clean properly and the washing machine has an error of F20- when Google it States “ low flow” We called the management company and a plumber came in two separate visits and did fix the shower with a new shower head. He stated that there is severe calcium build up in the house and water flow is decreased. Otherwise the house is great. But be aware, the queen bed frames actually have full sized mattresses and the scratchiest sheets and towels ever. Not a big deal but not in line with the price and lyxury house. Also bring your own hand soaps, coffee filters, salt, spices, oils etc. The House is stocked with nothing. Overall, nice house, but could be managed better.

Unexpected

Maintenance man showed up to the house unexpected while we were all taking a nap after a long day. He insisted he come into a room with a sleeping child because he needed to fix a screen door. The man was nice but it should have waited until the day we checked out. I think the management of this property was very rude and unprofessional for doing that. I also sent multiple emails to property manager about other issues with no response
