Come be our guest in our perfect family friendly 2 bedroom 1 bath for your beach vacation!
Great views of the beautiful Gulf! Walk straight down to the beach from our 2nd floor condo! Really! We're RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and experience the beautiful white sands! The pool is the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun. The location has minimal high rises, so your views and beach areas are less crowded. Great location to relax and unwind from your everyday hustle and bustle! Just minutes from the main strip of restaurants and entertainment.
The condo includes free Wi-Fi and all your basic home amenities in our cozy unit. The master and spare bedrooms both have queen size beds. There is also a fold out couch for additional guests. Dishwasher, microwave AND stackable washer and dryer for your convenience! Appliances such as blender and coffee maker are all here for you. You'll have a free bag of ice waiting for you when you arrive. 2 free assigned parking space is included.

Loved the location!! Very clean and organized. Close to lots of stuff, including a store, a good restaurant, and a fun ice cream place right across the road. A nice little pool for the kids when they are tired of the beach. Would highly recommend!!

The stay at Flip Floppin Fun was great! The communication with the owner was fabulous, they give simple and understandable directions for everything. The best part for us was the close access to the beach and that they provided some beach gear! The location was great and the beach wasn’t ever crowded. We got a spot right on the water each day.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, close to the beach! Easy to find, lots of places near by to walk to eat, get grocery’s & ice cream! We came on a holiday weekend, so it was a tad bit busier than we like. But definitely would stay here again!

My family has visits gulf shores annually. We loved our stay at three 20s condo. It was truly a home away from home’ they have everything you would need! Even beach toys for the littles! And it’s a great location on the beach with a store with everything else you need just across the road! We loved this stay! We will be back!

Stressful vacation

So many specific rules and regulations that we could not relax. Room was not ready at the time posted. The person in charge of the condo constantly texted and harrased us the first night. The beach was nice and the room was clean. Smaller than the pictures made it out to be and they should not say they have a pool. It's wasn't much bigger than a jacuzzi. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Clean, comfy condo

This property was accurately listed and conveniently located to tourist attractions. Being right on the beach, we utilized the beach chairs provided by the host. The host obviously takes care of this property and they have a top notch cleaning crew. Kitchen and bath had all of the amenities we needed and everything was in working order. The host provided plenty of information prior to our arrival and we had no questions during our stay. If you are looking for a clean, well cared for property that is comfy and has a great host, look no further.

Flip Flopping Fabulous!

We stayed at flip flopping fun for the Fourth of July weekend and has a wonderful time. The property is located on the beach, so no crossing streets or driving and having to hunt for parking. The view of the water is unobstructed and the beach is very well maintained. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay!

I was really impressed how clean the condo was...my daughter stayed in another condo and she was really upset about the difference between our condo's cleanliness and I might add that Jami was wonderful to work with and Three 20's condo's is the bomb

We are Jami, Adam, Pat, and Deanna! Jami is your main contact. We love getting the opportunity for families and friends to make lasting core memories at the beach!
The 4 of us put our blood, sweat, and tears into all of our units. We personally manage them, and we personally do all the work inside the units! We are blessed to have a personal housekeeper who is our eyes and ears and is who is on property taking care of all three of our units. You will notice the more personal touches, because we are the ones who do this and our housekeeper loves these units like her own!

What makes this property unique

We don't leave anything to be done by anyone else. We personally stay in our units so we know what comforts are needed and some that are there "just because". We know how everything feels and know when things need to be replaced and replace items even before it's really needed. We are always keeping up with the condos to make sure each guest is getting the best stay possible!
