Beautiful Views

Some of the things we loved about the property: beautiful views, lots of bathroom space, and full kitchens. The owner/manager of the property was also very responsive to our messages. The challenges we had: elevators not working - very stressful, some mildew in the bathrooms, and some dated/worn finishes and furniture. I would recommend the property check the rooms to make sure the sofa bed mattresses are still of quality and little things like the bathroom hooks are repaired. Overall a good stay and it was great my group could be co-located and have lots of space.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at all costs

Property smelt so bad of weed and cigarettes, No Wifi in Room, Refrigerator Broken, Dryer not working, AC unit noisy as hell, Slider wouldn't open, Couldn't book restaurant reservations as too busy, Room Service 2 hr wait, Staff attitudes were bad and clearly they are overworked. I will never go back there. Avoid at all costs.

We did not hear from you at all and would have assisted with any issues that you encountered during your stay. Aside from the hotel staff, we also have a dedicated service man that can attend to guest's needs. The suite that you stayed in is comprised of 3 suites and your comments are generalized and not specific to an actual unit. Are you saying that all the refrigerators were broken, all the dryers were not working and all the ACs not functioning well? If you had advised us (on VRBO platform), our maintenance person on premises could have proactively handled your concerns. These suites have been rented out before and after your stay and we did not receive any complaints from either guests. Our reviews prior to your stay were 5 star. Your stay was during a very busy time at the hotel and given that we are still under COVID protocols, guests may experience longer wait times. We recommend booking restaurant reservations prior to one's stay. We direct our guests to the hotel's website at the time of booking for an update of services at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, amazing trip!

I stayed here with a group for a bachelorette party an we had a great trip. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and clean and we enjoyed having the pool and beach on the property. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others with large groups. The only room for improvement is one of the rooms didn't have a garbage can in the kitchen so we needed to request trash bags from the hotel.

Best Bachelorette Ever

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my best friend’s bachelorette party! The place had the most amazing views and there were so many things to do in walking distance. The hotel itself is so big so there is so much to explore. I would highly recommend any large group to stay here. You won’t regret it.

Wow Wow What a wonderful place

Had a wonderful time, rooms were amazing views are to die for! Hotel has everything Pools, Restaurants and amazing beach access. Only downside is it's not cheap but well worth every penny.
