HOTEL-STYLE BEDDING
King setups join two twin frames under a memory-foam topper and a seamless king fitted sheet. Every guest gets their own down comforter in a freshly washed duvet cover (European style, no top sheet) and 2 pillows.


KITCHEN AND DINING
Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island, toaster, kettle, blender and ice maker. Coffee three ways: Nespresso, Keurig and drip. A second bar kitchen adds extra fridge space for drinks and groceries.


THE LOCATION
Step outside into the Art Deco Historic District. The beach, the Ocean Drive boardwalk, Espanola Way, Lincoln Road, restaurants and nightlife are all within a short walk, so your group can skip the car for the core South Beach experience. Miami International Airport is about a 25 minute drive.


OPTIONAL NEARBY ROOFTOP POOL
Day passes may be available at an independently operated rooftop pool a short walk away, about $25 per person, subject to availability. The pool is not part of the rental.



GOOD TO KNOW
• Some bedrooms are compact and have Art Deco glass-block architectural details. The bedrooms have private doors. Please review the photo tour and floor plan so your group can pick the right setup.
• Parking is not included. Metered street parking and paid garages are nearby.
• Family gatherings, birthdays and wedding groups are welcome within the house rules, building rules and occupancy limits. No disruptive parties or open-invite events.
• No pets. No smoking. Check-in after 5:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM. Minimum age to rent: 18.
