Este apartamento de lujo de diseño familiar en el centro de Reikiavik, Islandia, se encuentra en Klapparstigur (frente a Skulasgata) con vistas directas y sin obstáculos al majestuoso paseo marítimo. Además, el balcón, la sala de estar, los dormitorios y la cocina del apartamento también tienen vistas al monte. Esja y la sala de conciertos HARPA. La propiedad está a poca distancia de una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares, museos, teatros, piscinas geotérmicas y tiendas de la calle. Este apartamento remodelado en el noveno piso de 2017 tiene capacidad para cinco personas en tres habitaciones. Dormitorio uno, "dormitorio principal", cama tamaño king; dormitorio dos, cama de matrimonio; y el dormitorio tres es uno doble. Cada habitación cuenta con sábanas y edredones de alta calidad.

El apartamento recientemente renovado ofrece un baño completo con dos lavabos, una ducha individual con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia que flanquea una bañera de porcelana blanca empotrada por separado. Carerra Mármol y accesorios de acero inoxidable se encuentran en todas partes.

La cocina renovada cuenta con encimeras de granito y una estufa de cuatro quemadores. La cocina está provista de utensilios básicos de cocina, así como de ollas, sartenes y utensilios. También hay una cafetera Nespresso (se suministran las vainas).

Great home base in Reykjavik

Great apartment in perfect location to walk to all desirable spots, restaurants, harbor, shopping. The views of the water were incredible; very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Also had a garage in the building for convenience when renting a car. Telma and Elias with the management company were great to work with--very helpful!

Amazing property and location!

I am a short term rental owner myself and could not have been more impressed with the location, cleanliness and absolute amazing service by the property manager, not to mention the beautiful views from both the living room and balcony. Location is amazing for walking to all the main shops and restaurants in Reykjavík and the property manager went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. GREAT place to stay and highly recommend!

Best location!

We love this location: it was our second time! It’s a beautiful apartment with all amenities. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating and you can’t beat the view from the livingroom: we saw northern lights and whales. Oh yes- there’s a fabulous bakery downstairs!

The property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. Elias, the property manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay. I brought my Mom and Dad, ages 77 and 76, and they were able to walk to dinner and shopping with no trouble at all. I'd definitely come back!!!

Perfect condo in great location

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this condo. The owners were communicative and answered all my questions. Check in was seamless. The condo is clean, quiet, very comfortable, and in a perfect spot to explore the town. The view over the water made the space seem even bigger! We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the living room! I highly recommend this spot! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The views and this apartment’s location are fabulous here

The views and the location of this apartment are just fabulous! 9th floor water and Mountain views kept us staring out the windows while we discussed where to walk to for supper….and the supper options we could walk to were outstanding. The apt. had everything we needed, was well kept, beautiful and fit my family very well. Also our hosts were attentive, quick to respond, and very helpful. This is certainly on the list for a return visit!

The perfect spot!

I am not one to leave reviews often, but this apartment was lovely! It was a great size for our family of four. Each of our boys had their own room. The bathroom was large and accommodating. The view of the harbour was amazing! Bus stop #14(important for tours) is about 40 metres from the building door. Wonderful restaurants and bars are all just a short walk or scooter ride away. Terrific bakery is in the same building as the apartment. We could not have chosen a better location to stay. Property manager Elias and his wife, Telma both answered messages quickly when we had a question. Great stay! We loved Iceland!!

Just exceptional from start to finish - A view to die for...

This beautiful apartment provided the base to our amazing stay in Iceland and it was one of the many positives from this exceptional experience. The communications early on with M.E. were clear and quick and the check-in process with Elias was smooth, informational and just pitched at the perfect level. The views from the main living area and bedrooms are breathtaking and were the perfect beginning and end to each day, something to look forward to for sure, not many times you can write that about a place to stay. Everything you could need is in the apartment with the added touches of the Nespresso machine and great wifi. There's a great level of detail throughout, the furnishings are beautiful, the beds are really comfortable and it's spotlessly clean throughout!! You will not be disappointed with this selection, it's worth every $/£/€ !!

Lovely property. We had a wonderful stay in a prime location. We had weather delays and a flight cancellation but the property manager communicated with us the entire time which made the process easy and less stressful.

wonderful and cozy stay in Iceland

greeted by property managers at midnight---friendly, patient, and kind, and helpful with taxi and restaurant suggestions. Cozy space, gorgeous views so you can enjoy your surroundings even if cold, windy, and wet outside. Easy walk to all sites in city; easy parking that is free; gorgeous views from all windows; loved, loved, loved it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will stay here again and we are recommending this property to others.

Property owner and manager were both very helpful and accommodating. Apartment was ideally located in midtown with breathtaking views. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Just amazing!!

Excellent Reykjavik apartment

This is a fabulous downtown Reykjavik apartment. The views are incredible. The location is perfect - the apartment is quiet, but everything is very close by. Having 3 bedrooms was great for our family of 4. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was great to have laundry and parking included. The two bigger bedrooms have great closets, which allowed us to unpack and feel right at home. The single bed in the third bedroom is a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. The internet worked well. Communication with M.E. and Elias was friendly, helpful and prompt. We were even lucky enough to be in Reykjavik for Culture Night and had great views of the fireworks from the balcony. What a great experience. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Really one if the highlights of our amazing trip was the condo itself. We almost didn’t want to leave. Close to everything, but with excellent views. Super comfortable bedding and beds, fully stocked kitchen, luxury bathroom… stop me now please.

Perfect view, apartment and location

Lovely view of waters and mountains but just a few blocks from Old Town. Free parking if have a rental car. Apartment has a nice aesthetic and comfortable beds and couch. Nice extras like a printer. Stayed for a month.

Perfection!

This spacious, comfortable, modern and well-equipped apartment is located in the heart of Reykjavík. Everything you need - shopping, restaurants and attractions are within an easy walk from the front door. Underground parking was a huge plus. And the view is beyond spectacular! After long days of touring in the car and walking around town shopping and eating, it was a genuine pleasure to come back, put our feet up and eventually melt into our warm and comfy beds. And the bakery directly downstairs was a bonus! I can’t imagine finding a better spot for our first ever family “girls only” trip abroad! M.E., the owner, and Elias, the property manager, are quick to respond and are very accommodating. They took good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our trip safe and enjoyable. I fell in love with Iceland and hope to return. And I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else but here!

Perfect Apartment for Iceland Vacation!

My wife and I could not have found a more beautiful, spacious or convenient apartment for our first family trip to Iceland. Beautifully decorated with magnificent ocean views and ideally located to restaurants, shops and the grocery store, the apartment was the perfect home base for our family of five. In addition the owner and property manager were very gracious with recommendations and insight with local tours, restaurants and Reykjavik activities during our stay. We had such an amazing time and plan to return again soon. Thank you again!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautiful and very comfortable all around. The owner and property manager were extremely nice and helpful. The view can’t be surpassed either. It was close to everything in the heart of Reykjavik and the bakery below the building is delicious as well. You will be extremely happy staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

We just returned from a week trip to Iceland. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Its well appointed and beautifully decorated. It had all the essentials. The location could not be better. It is located within a 5-10 minute walk of all the stores and restaurants. The view of the bay and mountain can't be beat. The apartment comes with a parking space in the bottom of the building which was really convenient. The owner and property manager were quick to respond and provided great information on nearby restaurants and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.
