MOUNTAINSIDE PENTHOUSE ON THE LAKE!! Our penthouse has a lot to offer all year round, whether you enjoy the summer on the lake, winter on the slopes, spring flowers or the beautiful fall foliage. Enjoy your vacation with the soul calming view of Big Boulder Lake and the surrounding Mountain View. We pride ourselves on excellent accommodations for your memorable stay.

Our Penthouse is one of the largest units at Midlake. We have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the lake and just a short walk to the pool. Our balcony is very private with a gas grill. The Great Room has Cathedral ceilings and a warm relaxing wood fireplace. Our penthouse is very highly reviewed, and a fabulous place to host any mountain getaway. The dining area has more great views of the lake. The two first floor bedrooms each have private bathrooms . The open loft area has sleeping for five, a bathroom, and a quiet sitting area.

Winter activities are a highlight of the area. Big Boulder Ski Resort is just up the road, Jack Frost and Camelback Ski area are a short drive away. Our home is a welcome retreat to enjoy the winter with a cozy fire in a warm and comfortable setting. During the warmer weather there are local Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. We have a beautiful lakeside walking path to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. Summer fun includes use of the lakefront pool, kiddie splash pool and hot tub. We also belong to the Boulder Lake Club, where for a small fee, you can enjoy a sandy beach for swimming, fun on the floating trampoline, use of the tennis or basketball courts. There is also a playground and many activities for the kids. You can also rent boats for fishing or to just enjoy the water. If you are more adventurous, kayaks and stand up paddleboards are also available. Take a short walk to the Boulder View Tavern to enjoy a great meal or a drink at sunset.

We are close to Split Rock Lodge, Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Outlet Mall, Mount Airy Casino, and Jim Thorpe. Lake Harmony is just a few minutes away with fun restaurants and powered water sports. Our condo is the perfect place for couples, families and girls' or guys' weekends. We offer the best of both worlds, the beauty and peacefulness of the Pocono Mountains and the closeness of major attractions and activities.

WE HAVE A KAYAK AND A LAKESIDE KAYAK RACK!!! Please check with the BOULDER LAKE CLUB to confirm beach and marina availability, lake rules, hours of operation, and rental rates. Everything is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September. We have a kayak available for you when the lake is open. Any questions please ask šŸ˜Š

Beautiful place

This townhome was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay there. Big windows with gorgeous views of the lake and the fall colors surrounding it made this a picture perfect place to spend a few days.

Wonderful stay!

Such a homey and beautiful place for our separated family to spend Christmas together. We felt so at home here. Cooking together in the well equipped kitchen and sharing our Christmas traditions. Everything was clean and comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. The panoramic view from the condo is so beautiful and relaxing. Loved this place!

I would say this place is not senior friendly. The description of the property did not indicate that there were 21 steps to climb to bring in your luggage. Mattresses need to be updated. Refrigerator auto defrost leaks into the inside of the refrigerator. We had to place cups under where the leaking was coming from. Had issues with the air-conditioner in the first bedroom next to the entry door, very nosy when it came on. Took several days to get the temperate to regulate. The views are beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Big Boulder Getaway

We had an amazing trip! The condo was perfect for my in-laws and our family of 6. The host had continuous contact with us answering all our questions. We spent much of time on the owners canoe on the lake and enjoying the nice folks we met at the pool. We did a bit of hiking and really enjoyed nature. I totally recommend Big Boulder Lake and especially staying at this rental. Thank you, Cory!

Girls getaway!

Great location! Great space for a getaway. Close enough to home to feel a world away. Us girls had the greatest night hanging out, sitting by the fire, playing games and just relaxing. Canā€™t wait to return for another girls trip. It would also be a wonderful place for a family vacation! Seriously so much space! Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful lake view, and very comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Harmony. The house was on the third floor, but that wasnā€™t bad bringing the stuff up and down. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were a couple things that didnā€™t work, the lights on the deck and the grill, and also the Keurig coffee maker. Nothing that kept us from having a good time. It was very homey and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and utensils to cook a meal. My husband actually cooked a nice steak dinner for me on our anniversary. The view from the balcony was outstanding, and we enjoyed sitting out there very much. We werenā€™t feeling the greatest, so it was really nice to relax and chill. Cory was very good with getting back to me about any questions that I had. There is a very nice little market nearby that had excellent sandwiches and pizza. The other restaurants we went to were good also! Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for our anniversary. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is amazing. Being able to rent a boat really made our stay complete. Enjoying my morning coffee with a lake view was exactly what I was looking for. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back again!

My mothers pocono birthday experience ruined.

I didn't get to go because of the state emergency flash flood warnings. So in return they kept my entire payment after the husband told me I would at least get half of my payment back. Car ruined and lost my employment due to the flooding looking for temporary shelter currently.

Lake Harmony

Condo was nice and clean only suggestion is that we were not notified that they was no fishing allowed unless you have a boat. They is no place to fish on shore and was a disappointment for children to fish from property unless you had a boat. Also no activities for children to do on rainy days close by. Also very noisy when trash was picked up very early in the morning.

Great family getaway

What a great location! Enjoyed the lake view and beach club activities. Time at the pool, kayaking, boating, reading and relaxing. Comfortable furniture and everything you need to cook and grill. Easy to get to from NY and lots of local attractions to visit. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Convenient and Comfortable

The property owner was great! For a first time renter I was nervous but he was very responsive to questions. The property has a beautiful view and is located near many trails you can hike, the beach club was easy to work with when renting kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The kids loved playing beach volleyball on the Lake Club court. We were able to stay busy for our entire vacation.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

My friends and I had a great time. Location was close to all our favorite things to do in the Poconos and the place was very accommodating. No issues with parking and amazing view from the balcony. Will consider for future visits.

Great view, comfortable stay

Very spacious with a fabulous view of the lake. We spent almost a week here and had a great time visiting neighboring areas, as well as staying indoors. We had a few minor hiccups, but Cory was easy to reach and made sure that our stay was Cody and comfortable.

COVID-19 Autumn Escape

Loved the location. Home was clean and supplies provided. One minor note...would clean the ceiling fans. We thought firewood was to be provided but there were no instructions on where to get it. Cory was great to work with.
