Perfect suite in Valencia!

There was some confusion with the refund process but it was all worked out easily. Also, the hot water had not been turned on but once we contacted Roy he got back to us ASAP and gave us instructions. Great location and host.

A recommander.

As an expert traveler, I believe that one shouldn't spend lots of money on a hotel/room or have to deal with issues during a vacation. Instead most of the budget should go to the ADVENTURE itself. I also believe that affordability shouldn't compromise comfort or safety. This is why I offer the listings with the most value. LGBT community friendly.

What makes this property unique

The Cabanyal is a Protected Historic Site from Valencia, declared of Cultural Interest in 1993. This district belonged to fisherman some decades ago. Nowadays is a nice, quiet and secure neighborhood with a great life throughout the day and night.
The apartment is well located, near all sorts of shops, bars, and restaurants. Check my guide, I have personally visited each place in the neighborhood if a place is not on my list it's because it's new or it wasn't up to standards.
Every Thursday there's a famous street market.
