Logement correct

Le logement a été précisé avec climatisation au moment de la réservation mais nous sommes arrivés et elle ne marchait pas et le propriétaire était injoignable. Il n'y a pas de couverts pour 6 personnes comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Les matelas ne sont pas de bonne qualité et très salé. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Très bien

Très belle maison moderne, avec l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour loin de l'agitation de Porto. Je recommande cette maison surtout pour une famille avec enfants et en voiture. Par contre pour un couple venant en avion, je pense que la maison est un peu trop retiré de tout. Ceci est un avis très personnel. Nous avons très apprécié la maison. Le propriétaire est a l'écoute et très réactif.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schon sehr weit von der eigentlichen Innenstadt entfernt

Die Beschreibung des Objekt trifft schon sehr ģut den Internet Auftritt . Wenn man ein Auto dabei hat ist die Lage kein Problem ...(selbst der nächste Laden ist 6km entfernt und man muss schon genau überlegen wo und wieviel Brötchen man zum Frühstück braucht. ..)Zur Metro läuft man auch ca.10min bis 13 min um dann 25min in der Metro bis zur Innenstadt zu benötigen.Pluspunkt ist die ruhige Lage und die Mülltonnen in der Nähe....

Bien dans l'ensemble. Un peut déçu de ne pas y trouver la WiFi comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Par ailleurs il manque des ustensiles de cuisine. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil

Superbes vacances !

Logement très agréable au calme . Situation à l écart de la ville mais à une demi heure du centre de porto à Metro. Location de voiture obligatoire pour les courses. Sommes ravis de notre séjour . L accueil a été très sympathique et le logement est conforme à nos attentes. Merci pour ces belles vacances!

Casa simpatica

Muito embora a casa seja bastante simpatica e comoda tem alguns detalhes que me fazem não voltar : casa banho bastante bonita e pratica mas o autoclismo faz muito barulho mesmo qunado não ta a ser usado o duche bastante derrapante ( tivemos que colocar una toalha pequena no chão para não se escorregar). Devido a ser uma casa terrea e sem manutenção tivemos 2 dias doidos com as formigas . E um devido ao facto de não ter internet nem tv cabo torna a estadia na casa monotona e pouco ou nada se pode desfrutar dela. Alem de o contrato nos ser apreaentado em frances e no mesmo não referir que temos que limpara casa ( cozinha, wc e chao ) ou temos que pagar um valor extra para a limpeza da mesma. Penso ser normal se aluga mos uma casa que a mesma seja suja, entendo que queiram que deixe mos as coisas em ordem mas limpar !!!!

Appartamento vicino a Porto

L'appartamento nuovo e pulito come mostra le foto; ho avuto un problema perchè c'erano formiche sul ripiano della cucina che compromettevano l'utilizzo della cucina, Appartamento a 10 minuti dalla fermata della metro 2O minuti per raggiungere Porto, Il quartiere è tranquillo non ci sono rumori anche se c'è l'aereoporto vicino Non ci sono servizi vicini, ma a noi andava bene perchè partivamo al mattino per Porto e tornavamo alla sera. Il proprietario l'ho visto solo all'arrivo e alla partenza

Bon séjour aux environs de Porto

Très belle maison de ville, au calme, très bien entretenue. Seul bémol l'équipement de la cuisine (manque quelques ustensiles). Le métro se trouve à quelques minutes à pied et met le centre de Porto à vingt minutes. En revanche, pour se rendre au supermarché, la voiture est nécessaire. Très bon accueil par la sœur du propriétaire, charmante et aimable.

Bonne location

Joli appartement confortable dans un tout petit village très calme. Assez près de Porto pour il y allait en voiture. Le métro et tout de même à plus de 5 minutes à pied. Un peu éloigné d'une grande surface. Une voiture est indispensable pour faire ses courses. Il manque des appareils de cuisine tel que cafetière, passoire... La wifi serait la bien venue!!!

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans cette maison située dans un petit bourg d'apparence désert mais on y a découvert un restaurant, un snack tenu par un homme super sympa, qui parle français et pour 5 à 6 € vous mangez très bien. Le logement tout neuf, très propre, spacieux et contemporain, est à 2 min à pied d'une station de métro pour rejoindre Porto. En voiture vous êtes proches de tout à 18 min de Porto avec en prime du calme pour vous reposer. Nous avons été accueilli par la sœur des propriétaires également super chaleureuse, souriante, serviable,.... Un boulanger passe en camion quotidiennement. Bref un sejour super sous un beau soleil. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter !!
