Welcome to Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort Cristal 1103 in Puerto Peñasco aka "Rocky Point" Mexico!! It is being rented at the 2 bedroom rate, but you also get our bonus bunkroom for up to 6 guests! Our condo can accommodate a 7th guest. However, there is a $35 per night fee for that extra guest.

**The Resort cannot guarantee an early or late check out, so we ask that there are no early or late check in/out requests. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a fee added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding. ** $150 fee for 1st hour early or late. $75 per additional hour early or late. 1 night fee for check in prior to 11:30am. 1 night fee for check out at 3pm or beyond.

FYI, in order to remain the nicest and highest maintained resort in Rocky Point, Las Palomas does remodeling and maintenance projects throughout the year, so you may experience some construction noise and limited access to some amenities from time to time.

Also, please be aware that Mexico is experiencing a water shortage and at times water use can be restricted. Please bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.
