-For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a gas grill and wet bar.
The lovely features of this beautiful villa include a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, a room dining room, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveniently located and concealed off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.  
There are flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks. a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. 
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries).
