Enjoy amazing ocean views from the backyard pool, each of the three bedrooms and rooftop with your favorite drink in hand surrounded by friends and family. Our place is great for couples, families, golfers, sport fishing enthusiasts, etc. Our villa is fully equipped with beautiful furnishings, kitchen with granite countertop, laundry room, private heated swimming pool and outdoor BBQ grill.

Copala is a private gated community within Quivira. You will have access to the Copala clubhouse (walking distance) that has an infinity pool, kiddie pool, gym, spa, coffee shop, snack bar and concierge.

Staying at Copala gives you access to other Quivira Resorts, two on site hotels Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Pacifica (adults only) and Rose and Blanco hotels at Medano Beach. You have many dining options, most with a 20% discount. Transportation between resorts is included.

Absolute perfection! This villa is tucked away in a very private corner of the complex, providing a quiet oasis for our vacation. The house is beautiful, airy, and clean. One of the highlights was definitely the spacious patio with ocean views! We were lucky enough to watch whales right from the comfort of our lounge chairs!We were also impressed by how well-equipped and fully stocked the home was. A huge thank you to our host for being so attentive and quick to answer any questions. We can’t wait to come back!"

We absolutely loved our stay and Maria was very responsive. We found out 10 days before our trip that the sister resorts - Sunset, Rose, etc. no longer allowed renters to swim in their pools or use their facilities. This was out of the owner's hands as she was notified and quicky notified us. We also didnt know we didn't have access to the beach club, which was disappointing but the clubhouse we did have access to met our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the TVs allowed for us to watch Netflix and other apps we have subscriptions for. Our favourite part was the warm pool - not typically included, and star gazing. We also watched the fireworks at other resorts from the rooftop which was a bonus. There were a few hiccups but Maria and her property manager were highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! My 5 yr old daughter is still pouting after leaving a day ago.

Complete privacy and a private, heated pool were our reasons for choosing Villa Nueve at Copala. Having travertine floors throughout, accents in wood, smart TVs in each bedroom, plenty of outdoor space including the entire roof area with a couch, were all features we appreciated very much. The amenities felt like home. The property was easy to access, but hard to leave. Just as you’d like your vacation to be.

Great Property for a Quiet Stay in Cabo

Our group came to Cabo for some golf and fishing and some R&R. The condo is about a 10 mins drive to town so I would recommend a car. The property was very clean and had a nice pool and outdoor lounge area. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa last week! The views are incredible! This villa is centrally located and easy to get anywhere. It was clean and private. Only issue we had was the beds in the room with 2 beds, were incredibly hard and one of our guests had to sleep elsewhere due to back issues. Everything else was lovely!

The property had everything you need. Very modern finishes and great access to the other hotels on property. We specifically loved going to the sky pool at Sunset beach. We will be back!

The best Family vacation

This villa is amazing. My family and I loved everything about this house. With the five of us it was more then enough room. Maria was always responsive whenever I had questions. We definitely plan on renting this villa again in the near future.

Beautiful property and plenty of room

This unit is huge and has its own private warm pool. 3 onsuits and 2 half baths. Plenty of room for a large family or 3 small families. The resort it's connected with Pueblo Bonito Sunset is absolutely amazing. This is a must stay.
