Ceiba B307 has a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fiber optic WiFi (30 Mb) and a Roku TV are there for your entertainment. Great stay at Ceiba B307 @ Icono

Loved set up of condo- clean and comfortable. ACs both worked wonderfully, bed was comfortable, space was just right and really appreciated the big table. Wifi was excellent, though I did not try streaming any movies. Gym on the roof is simple and useful with free weights, several machines, and treadmills. Downside is that 307 is on the ground floor, not the 3rd floor as I had anticipated, and the barking dog directly on the street outside was pretty annoying. Otherwise, excellent location to the Ado bus station, restaurants, and the ferry. I would definitely stay here again, all considered.

Everything was perfect

The home was perfect for me and my friends to tour Playa Del Carmen and go on tours in Quintana Roo. I liked the design of the condo, it was clean. The security was nice felt safe. The property manager, Leonardo was very helpful and quick to respond to help with any requests, Isis was super nice as well and quick in helping us find tours and with organizing our covid test in the home. The only thing is the gym and amenities being closed for covid, which is understandable, at least the pool was open. The pool might not have the best view but great to lounge with drinks if not wanting to hit the beach nearby. The area felt relatively safe and it’s great that parking is available even though we ended up not renting a car. Taxis and the shuttle buses are readily available nearby Walmart Super center is less than 10 minutes walk away. Many great restaurants available nearby as well. Close to clubs and rooftop bars. Also pretty close to some of High Vibez Playa events nice to listen to reggaeton, and afro beats and network socially. Again overall loved it, it’s perfect for the price. Will definitely visit again!

The building is excellent and the people are great but anytime the room next to me was rented there was a lot of loud music and all night partying which was not stopped as far as I could tell. It kept me awake most of the night at times

Pool is very cold. Dogs bark all night. Our patio had bars like in prison. Pay for toilet paper. 2 towels for 3+ days. New place but wouldn't stay again. Residents just 20 feet away with kids and dogs. Not allowed grill access.

Once we got in contact with the property manages via whatsapp the communication was fantastic, they were very helpful in organising us tours and arranging transport from the airport. Apartment is amazing all very new and clean. Only a 2min walk from 5th ave and close to everything you need. Thank you we loved it

Please do not rent this unit

Please save yourself the time and agony and DO NOT rent this unit!! While the photographs are beautiful, you will not be able to get ANY sleep. None. This apartment is in the middle of an up-and-coming area of downtown, however, the unit is on the first floor and directly across the street are a few homes with several animals that make a lot of noise ALL night. And I mean ALL night. We should have known not to rent a unit that didn't have any reviews yet. Lesson learned. At about midnight two dogs directly across the street began barking continuously. The dogs did not bark a few times and stop. They barked continuously. ALL NIGHT. Without stopping for about 5 hours. After that stopped, there was a bird that started squawking. It must have been a parrot of some kind, but we aren't really sure. Being that this unit is on the first floor it is directly across the street from the local home owners of these animals. We were unable to sleep at all during the first night of our trip. Neither of us are picky or light sleepers and don't mind a bit of city noise, but this was unbearable. Headphones didn't keep out the noise. Earplugs didn't work either. Needless to say, we were extremely sleep deprived. It pretty much ruined the first night of what was supposed to be a peaceful vacation. The next morning we contacted the property owners/Vacasa about making other arrangements for the remainder of our stay, but they were unwilling to assist. In fact, the original Local Operations Manager, Filippo Reina, never responded to ANY of our emails. Instead we were passed along from person to person, first Odile Micheletti, then Claudia Vaccari and finally Adrian Bolanos, who told us that there was nothing that could be done. We decided to find other sleeping accommodations for the remainder of our vacation. We even made a reservation at another hotel for the remaining three nights. We informed Vacasa management of this and let them know that we would be vacating the apartment on 9/27 at 12:00 pm. Again, please look elsewhere if you plan to sleep at all during your stay at Playa Del Carmen.
