Live like a Local! Walk to the Square or the Grove! 💙❤️💙

Our home is a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home less than a mile from the Square!

It features an open floor plan that includes a formal dining room. Enjoy the living area with plenty of seating and a large flat-screen television. Downstairs has one king bed and two twin beds. Upstairs has one queen bed and another room with one double and one twin bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully furnished and features marble countertops, and a washer and dryer are available for use.

We have a large backyard with a patio and grill - perfect for visiting before or after the game and a great place for kids to run off all that energy. We love our quiet, family-friendly street and all the privacy right in the middle of town.

Charming Home

When you think of visiting Oxford a house like this immediately comes to mind, large front porch in a beautiful neighborhood to start. The interior is furnished beautifully, comfortable beds, each bedroom with their own bath. The host is amazing and extremely accommodating. You will love this house if you are lucky enough to book it.

Ole Miss/A&M Game

This house is well located and in a beautiful neighborhood. Mary was a very nice to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, including leaving us a great gift basket. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a first class house to rent in Oxford.

Charming home in a great location

We stayed here for a football game and it was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful and close to the square and grove. Mary Cates was so helpful and thought of everything. We loved the quaint neighborhood and enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch while watching deer in the mornings. I wish we could keep this gem a secret but I would definitely recommend this house for a couples trip or families with children. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We had a great long weekend at this property. The owner was fantastic. She assisted in arranging for grocery deliveries and put them away for us before we arrived. She communicated well and gave us great tips regarding Oxford to help with our stay. The property was clean and well supplied. The checkout list was easy and overall the process was smooth. I would highly recommend this property to anyone

AMAZING football weekend rental!

Owner was incredibly helpful!—recommended local ride service and caterer, put away our grocery delivery, responded quickly and graciously to every request! House is large, welcoming, well-decorated with some great artwork/decor. 3/4 mile to square or Grove, but we called the driver she recommended.4 couples. 10/10!

Amazing Oxford weekend!

Mary Cates was an amazing host!! She was so helpful with suggestions for a driver & places to eat. She even helped us set up grocery delivery so all our groceries were waiting for us and put away when we got there! The house was so clean and just as described. The beds were also super comfy. Our group had such a wonderful time. She had the sweetest welcome package waiting for us as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Perfect space for a family in Oxford. Mary Cates was great and had the house perfect for us! Plus, she left us flowers and amazing gift basket. We enjoyed the Auburn/Ole Miss game weekend in this home.

We were able To walk to the square and the grove throughout the weekend! The home owner went above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. The beds were comfy and the amenities were comprehensive. The home owner left a lovely welcome basket from Oxford Floral, which is one of my favorites and a nice surprise.
