The two additional KING bedrooms, full bathroom, 2nd Den, screened porch & over sized washer/dryer are on the top floor. The upstairs den connects the two KING bedrooms. The Master King is attached to the bathroom, den & your private screened porch with bay views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal and days catch. Stainless appliances w/ gas range & separate beverage/wine chiller: Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar & 6 at the dining table.

Take in the outdoors from STI's Three separate decks:
- Sunrise & morning coffee on the SE facing deck.
- Afternoon sunshine, birdwatching & bay views on the NW main deck.
- Evening breezes & your favorite beverage on the top level screened-in porch.

The beach is a 5 minute walk or take the complimentary Sand Toe Inn golf cart, INCLUDED with your stay: The STI golf cart is great for hauling gear to the beach and bay. There are multiple boardwalk dune crossovers available for beach access. The enclosed outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach & bay. Sunset on the bay is a minute away.
