Clean, comfortable, relaxing

My husband and I spent a month here this spring. It was very clean and very comfortable. Dan was extremely responsive and receptive. The house had a beautiful clean pool, the backyard is perfect for relaxing and meals outside. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and convenient

The house was wonderful. Comfy beds, open space, great backyard and pool. Convenient to the Highway. Dan was great to work with! Would love to go back!

Perfect week

House was great and very clean. It was just as advertised. Only issues we had was bridge was closed making drive a little longer but that has nothing to do with owner. If bridge was repaired the access would have been very simple. House had everything we needed. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. Kitchen was big and very functional and could easy accommodate our needs. The only thing I think the owner should do is change the faucet in the kitchen. Should probably be something more hand held. We are actually already talking about getting the same place next year.

Great Stay!

This place is as advertised and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was fantastic. About 2/3 of the pool is above 5 ft, but we were able to manage with a 6 & 8 yr old without any issues. The outdoor space with the screened in porch, tiki hut, and seating was perfect when we had other family over. The game room was used by kids and adults and a fun activity when you want a break from the sun. Everything was clean and sanitized, which is very important today. Beds were a little soft, but that's a personal preference. Dan has everything you need to use the grill or cook in the house, and when we requested a coffee machine to make a large pot of coffee, he was kind enough to drop one off. The neighborhood is quiet and has the added bonus of being about 3 mins from 95, which makes it really convenient to get around. We only needed to contact Dan a couple times, including when running late from the airport, and he was always responsive and respectful. I've rented about 5-6 properties in the area when visiting family and we all agreed that this was our favorite.

Trip review

Overall had a nice time. Location was good. Pretty close to lots of activities. Quiet street. Game room was great for the evenings with my family. Pool was great, just was not usable the 1st few days due to lots of bugs, but Dan got his pool guy out the same day and fixed it. Grill was not working and Dan had a new grill installed the next morning. Overall I would recommend staying at this house. My only real complaint would be the grass was really long and my kids could not really run around until they cut it. Just seemed over due looking at the length of grass of the surrounding yards. Thank you again.

Family fun house

From the start Dan the host was easily accessible. This was a concern because I never rented a vacation house, only hotels. The house was beautiful, updated & modern. The backyard was everything we could of asked for, with tiki hut, palm trees, coconut trees, which we managed to crack one open and enjoyed fresh coconut from a Florida palm tree. There was a screened in porch where we could eat from the bbq without getting eaten by bugs. Everything we needed was available to us down to laundry detergent which we used to wash wet towels which were also provided. We all enjoyed the game room, and had plenty of competition going on. Our grown kids loved it. Appreciated being able to bring our pets, and they enjoyed their stay also😊. I would definitely rent again in the future. Thank you Dan for your hospitality, and prompt responses to our concerns. Hope to see you again soon. PS Please don’t cut down the beautiful mango tree in the front yard. It was so nice to see people stopping by everyday to pick them. Coleen

Clean, Quiet, and Centrally Located

Great home! It has had some really nice, modern updates and was SO CLEAN. Daniel was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything. The backyard was nice for relaxing and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I ran several mornings around the area. We liked that it was only a few minutes from anything we wanted to do!
