Casa Delfino is a beautiful house, decorated in old world charm but with modern, high-end fixtures and appliances. The backyard is amazing -- magnificently landscaped with a gorgeous, large pool. The house is immaculate and felt very safe. It rained every day (eventually, the sun always came out), so this was the perfect house in which to hang out, including on the covered terrace (with beautiful flowers) attached to the master suite. Convenient amenities provided are hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen supplies for cooking/food storage. Didn't venture out much other than to get groceries and walk around Palm Beach, but both were reasonably priced when taking Uber/Lyft as the house is only a short ride away from the town center. The management company is on-call 24/7 by phone and was also very responsive via email whenever I had a question.Please be aware that there is no shade or drape on the balcony door or window in either of the upstairs bathrooms, so with clear, glass shower enclosures, there's not much privacy, especially at night. Also, the kitchen cabinets, some of the shelves in the refrigerator, the bathroom sinks, and the dryer are fairly high up if one is on the short side, so I would recommend that the host provide plastic, foldable step stools for the upstairs and downstairs for us shorter folks to make these easier to reach.Overall, I had a wonderful week's stay at Casa Delfino and highly recommend it.

We were not there to shop, but plenty of shops in Palm Beach, a 10 minute drive. Beautiful pool, only used once because of cloudy weather and the horrific rains storm on Friday which flooded so many of the streets. I already wrote a note about the green steel poles at both ends of the podocarpus which are very dangerous to scratching your car since the driveway has such a short turning radius. Highly suggest you replace these with plastic ones which I know are available at most garden stores, Home Depot garden shop, etc. Otherwise all was good.

Amazing stay in Palm Beach

The house and yard are beautiful and so well-maintained. You can tell the owner really cares about their home & ensuring their guests have an excellent stay. Many unexpected amenities were included like shampoo and dish soap. The home is fully renovated and beautifully decorated with high-end luxury finishes and appliances. The landscaped yard and pool in a very private yard made for a resort-like experience. The property managers were very responsive to any questions we had. My only suggestions for improvements to take this from a 9.5 to a 10 would be to provide duvets on the beds instead of quilts and to provide a few espresso pods to start guests off. There was a note instructing us to order our own pods from Amazon and unfortunately we ordered some that weren’t compatible with this particular machine and wasted our . Otherwise we had an incredible stay and would definitely come back.
