Updated Villa: Emerge refreshed with some spacious time on the beach. Time to book those Girl Weekends, Golf Trip, Summer Vacations, or Fall Retreats. Great Rates! Come to the gem of the Brunswick Islands: Ocean Isle Beach. Join us at McOxie Beach House. Spread out in our large 4 bedroom/4 bath 1st level unit & park under the building for shade. There are only 6 units in the building, so avoid the crowded resorts & come stay in our retreat. The building has an elevator & outdoor shower. Beautifully decorated & comfortable for a relaxing vacation in a laid-back community. Ideal for family trips, girl weekends, fall & spring golf trips, & retreats. Plan a beach wedding by the ocean and have your reception at The Isles Restaurant poolside at the resort. This is a great place to make memories & build relationships. Inquire about monthly winter rentals for December, January, & February. Watch video for view of sand path to the beach from the unit. 3-4 minute walk.

Situated on the west side of the island, you are a 3-4 minute walk from the ocean (2.5 blocks). Enjoy breakfast on the deck with views the ocean, watch the turtles in the pond below swim, & view the sound on the other side in serenity.

Take a nap or enjoy or streaming television.

The common areas flow seamlessly. Chat, watch TV or a movie in the family room while others put together a puzzle & play cards at the dining table or eat snacks at the bar. Grill at the covered parking while relaxing in the hammock. Enjoy a cookout dinner on the deck. The kitchen is well-stocked & well labeled for ease of use. The floor plan promotes togetherness, but also offers private bedroom solace. A peaceful spot on the back porch is the perfect way to end your daily adventures watching the birds, turtles, and ducks.

Your stay includes the Islander Resort Ocean front pool, baby pool, hot tub, & lounge chairs Memorial Day ti Labor Day. Easy access to the ocean from the pool and easy parking at the pool, if you do not want to walk. There is a tiki bar & restaurant right beside the pool for a meal without leaving the ocean front. Many visitors like to rent golf carts as the main mode of transportation. Find your inner fisherman or leisurely bike the 3.5 mile island.

We partner with a linen company that will have your beds made when you arrive-should you desire this optional service. (Linens not included). Bring your own toiletry items per the custom of private home rentals. Let us know you are interested & we will connect you with that linen provider option.

So, they 'missed' our cleaning, HOWEVER, once owner found out, she was VERY responsive to getting this taken care of (only reason I gave a 3). Very responsive to questions, and perfect set up for our family. Has lots of kitchen things to use for cooking too, We'll definitely rent again! Thank you!!

The condo was lovely, great location, my only complaint was that there was no information shared that the pool was closed and hot tub not in service and when I messaged the owner asking if they knew this I never got a response back. Other than that we would totally stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 5 loved our stay in this home. The owners were quick to answer our questions and the home was spacious and immaculate. They gave attention to every detail - even labeled all light switches and kitchen cabinets which was very helpful. We enjoyed staying within 30-50 min of Wilmington, North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach so we could visit our favorite spots in those locations. Ocean Isle is quaint and quiet in March. The beach was a quick walk across the street. Appreciated the elevator, fast WiFi, and comfortable beds too! Highly recommend!

Initially A/C had a broken capacitor, but was fixed the next day. Then a guest shower was broken. Mattresses were dated. However the rest of the condo was great. Nice location for a getaway.

Quiet apartment near OIB

The property looked as pictured. Overall it was clean and worked out fine for our family to gather. I understood that linens needed to be rented which worked out fine. However, I would have expected that the unit be supplied with basic needs like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. We arrived late in the day and needed to take a bio break and no TP!! Also, the cleaning crew should look over dishes to make sure they are clean before they are put away. We re-washed most silverware and cutting boards because they were clearly dirty.

Why they chose this property

After months & miles of searching, we chose this property because of its spacious layout, newer construction, tasteful decor, 2 blocks from the beach, oceanfront pool and parking, view of the ocean, Jinx Creek, and the turtles in the pond at the deck. We have a family of 9. We wanted to be together, but not on top of each other. The open layout allows for viewing all common areas across the condo. Cook, play cards, bird watch on the deck, watch streaming tv ...together.
