A perfect getaway

We had a lovely 4 days at this peaceful spot. The accommodation was just as described, the hosts were very welcoming and the pool was great after days spent visiting nearby chateaux. Highly recommend

Lovely and Peaceful

We stayed three nights. The family run thĂ© gĂźte and give you privacy and a gorgeous backyard to use. The pool is wonderful. The suite is eclectic and has everything you need. The house is stone so it is damp but the bedding is cozy and clothes after swimming or washing can dry outside in warm weather. We loved the family dog. He’s so friendly and adorable. We went for a walk in the town and it’s lovely.

Beautiful petite village location

We are so happy we chose Chissay-en-Touraine for our visit to the Loire Valley. It feels wonderfully away from tourists and local traffic, yet its central location is close to the best-to-see chateaus. We absolutely loved our hosts generous offer to use their very fine bikes and we were out and riding 3 different circuits of up to 19 miles through the countryside on dedicated roads and paths. The hosts, their daughter, and very playful dog gave us information, privacy and everything we needed to make our stay one of the best we’ve ever had.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Les propriétaires sont trÚs accueillants et l'appartement est joli et fonctionnel. Il est bien situé et nous a permis de visiter les chateaux de la région. Enfin, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir nous rafraichir chaque soir dans la piscine!

TrÚs beau séjour ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gite. AccÚs à la piscine fut trÚs apprécié par nos filles. Gite trÚs propre. Plusieurs chùteaux à proximité (Chenonceau, Amboise, etc.) Les propriétaires sont vraiment trÚs sympathiques. Le gite est bien équipé et, parfait pour famille de 4. Notre petite famille du Québec garde un trÚs beau souvenir de notre séjour dans cette belle région et dans ce beau gite.

Leider wird nicht darauf Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war leider nicht einfach, da sie nicht bzw. erst nach Kontaktaufnahme zu FeWo reagierte. Aus dem Inserat ging auch nicht eindeutig hervor, dass die Einheit nicht komplett ebenerdig ist. Ansonsten entsprechen die Bilder dem Objekt. Da wenig Platz vorhanden, nur fĂŒr Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Sehr schöner Pool. hingewiesen, dass nicht alles ebenerdig ist

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Géraldine et sa famille. Maison tranquille, décorée avec goût. La piscine est un plus aprÚs des journées de visites au zoo de beauval. Propriétaires présents mais trÚs discrets. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans ce joli coin de France. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, encore merci pour tout.

Ferienwohnung mit schönem Pool, gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge gelegen

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub zum besichtigen der Schlösser rund um Umboise. Es können sehr schöne Fahrrad-Touren am Cher gemacht werden. Super Radwege, 5 km bis Chenonceau direkt am Fluss entlang. Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr das kleine, gut eingerichtete Appartement.
