Beautiful place in the city centre of Majorca, perfect to enjoy nature

The house was built in 1880 and renovated for the last time in 2013.It has 2 stories. Downstairs: dining room, open plan kitchen, independent living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (2 of them have 2 105x190 beds, and in the third one a 135 cm bed), bathroom and terrace.
The house is powered with solar energy. The water comes from a private drinking water well. Rain water is also collected in a barrel to drink.
Next to the house you will find a pool with terrace and a barbecue.

Great authentic farmhouse

Placed in an almond grove, is this authentic traditionel farmhouse with many historic features . Lots of space inside and outside. Close to all the vinyards.

Disappointed

The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Mallorca

Der Aufenthalt bei Margarita war sehr schön. Das Haus biete Ruhe und alles, was man für einen gelungenden Aufenthalt braucht. Hervorzuheben ist das Konzept der Nachhaltigkeit, welches von Margarete bei dem Haus umgesetzt wurde. So wird das Haus durch Solar bzw. Photovoltaik mit Strom versorgt und Wasser erwärmt. Ich kann das Haus von Herzen empfehlen

Très bonne localisation au centre de l ile

Nous avons apprécié le lieu au milieu des amandiers, au calme, très bel extérieur. Maison un peu vieillotte en terme de déco mais bien agencée pour 6 c est parfait. Margarita a toujours été disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons regretté 2 choses : un gros manque de vaisselle : couverts et verres en nombre limité, pas de saladier, vaisselle en terre pas étanche. A savoir : la climatisation fonctionne par tranche de 2h et pendant des périodes bien précises ce qui n est pas toujours pratique. Pour récapituler, lieu super et accueil très sympathique et quelques améliorations à faire sur les équipements.

Increíble experiencia

Ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso gracias a poder vivir estos dos días en Ca’n Brusquer. La casa es una completa experiencia inolvidable porque te transporta a como eran las casa antaño mallorquinas. Ha sido un fin de semana muy caluroso pero gracias a la piscina y la casa que es súper fresca, se ha pasado demasiado deprisa. Recomiendo vivir una vez en la vida la oportunidad de vivir en casa de Margarita, ya que la casa tiene todo lo necesario para vivir a parte Margarita, la dueña es encantadora y muy atenta. Muchas gracias a Margarita por seguir conservando una casa típica mallorquina y gracias por tu atención. Recomendable 100%

Relaxing Mallorca holiday

We were greeted by Margarita and her daughter on arrival, the communication was excellent and getting to the property was simple from Palma airport thanks to the GPS coordinates provided by Margarita. Margarita was a fantastic host, attentive, accommodating and thoughtful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay, and throughly enjoyed our visit to Mallorca. The villa is set in a great location making it easy to explore all parts of the island. Equally great if you just want to stay in and relax around the pool - there is plenty of space in the villa both inside and out. We spent most of our evenings at the villa, sitting outside by the pool watching the sun set, bbq'ing, star gazing and enjoying some of the beautiful wines from the local wineries. Throughly enjoyable holiday and we hope we can return some day soon for another stay.

Beautiful rustic stone cottage with lots character.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at La casa de todos, perfectly positioned in the middle of the almond grove with great views of the Serra de Tramuntana which frame the horizon for some amazing sun sets ! Days out exploring the Island ending up back at the cottage to cool down in pool , fantastic !. It was a rather last minute decision to go away, my son trawled the booking sites, and after several disappointments found this gem. Margarita and her family made us feel so welcome and were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely go back in the future, so many places to see and experience in beautiful Mallorca.

Rolig beliggende landejendom

Skønt sted hvor man får masser af ro og landlig stemning. Dejligt poolområde og køkkenet udstyret med mest nødvendige ting - funktionelt men lidt spartansk. Der bliver meget varmt på 1. sal hvor soveværelserne er - udenfor var temperaturerne dog også omkring 35 grader om dagen... Et godt udgangspunkt for ture på øen - bil dog absolut nødvendig

Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Brunnen im Haus liefert immer frisches Wasser. Am Pool hinterm Haus inmitten der Mandelbäume ist es wunderschön. Einzig das Häuschen mit dem Generator für die Poolpumpe ist etwas laut. Margarita stellt die Zeit aber so ein, dass es möglichst wenig stört. Die Finca liegt 10 Autominuten von Inca entfernt. Hier findet man neben LIDL und ALDI Möglichkeiten einzukaufen. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Total relaxation

A 2,5 week's stay at Margarita's house was absolutely beautiful. The house is big, authentic, with spacious rooms. Well furnished, and lots of nice books to read and toys to play with for the kids. Outside you'll find many places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. You'll see birds of prey circling in the air, and hares playing in the fields. The view from the roof terrace is stunning, especially at sun ups and sundowns. The pool is just amazing, so relaxing! Our kids had so much fun! Margarita is more than friendly, and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay so much, and miss our relaxing days at the house. Thank you Margarita :)

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren im Juli 2016 für eine Woche Gäste in o.g. Haus. Dieses liegt etwa 3km außerhalb von Sencelles an einer kleinen Landstraße. Palma ist einer knappen halben Stunde über die Autobahn gut zu erreichen. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants finden sich mit einem Mietauto schnell in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel, aber auch für ein paar Tage gepflegter Entspannung am Pool sehr gut geeignet. Vom Pool hat man einen malerischen Blick auf Mandelbäume und die Berge. Das Haus wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert, ist sauber und in der Küche findet sich alles was der Selbstversorger am Töpfen und Geschirr so braucht. Mit Solaranlage und eigenem Brunnen/Zisterne bleibt auch das grüne Gewissen nicht auf der Strecke. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und begrüßte uns mit einem typisch mallorquinischen Gebäck. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einziehen!

Einfach traumhaft

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht (mitten im Mandelhain mit Blick auf die Berge) und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Eine Woche war einfach viel zu kurz. Für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus mit den hübschen Details einfach ideal. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und der Garten lädt zum entdecken ein. Vor allen konnten sie so laut sein, wie sie wollten, da das nächste Haus weit enfernt war. Margarita die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr nett und hat uns mit einem leckeren mallorquinischen Kuchen überrascht. Wir können diesen traumhaften Ort wirklich nur empfehlen. Ruhe und Entspannung sind garantiert.

Gemütliches Landhaus

Ende Mai hatten wir das Vergnügen mit unseren Kindern und unserem Enkelkind in dem schönen Landhaus Ca`n Brusquer zu verweilen. Besonders angetan hat uns die ruhige Lage in einer weitläufigen Mandelplantage, der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf das Tramuntanagebirge, der neue, saubere und gepflegte Pool und die Abende am Kamin. Das geräumige Haus passte perfekt zu unserer Familienkonstellation. Auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus unter alten Oliven- und Maulbeerbäumen lässt es sich herrlich entspannen. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Sencelles lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Regionen Mallorcas gut erreichen, die Strände wie auch die Gebirgsregion. In Sencelles gibt es einige nette Cafes und Restaurants. Die Vermieterin Margarita ist eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mallorquinerin, die uns zur Begrüßung mit einer leckeren Ensaimada, einem typisch mallorquinischen Gebäck, empfing. Den Aufenthalt in dem im spanischen Landhausstil eingerichteten Haus haben wir sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Eintauchen in Mallorca

Abseits von Massentourismus findet man in diesem wunderschoenen alten Steinhaus ein wahres Zuhause. Das Haus bietet eine perfekte Kombination zwischen Tradition (ueber einen Brunnen im Wohnzimmer kann man sich direkt mit Kuebel und Seilzug das Trinkwasser heraufholen; ein alter Steintrog dient als Abwasch in der Kueche; wunderschoene alte Moebel, sehr gepflegt, nicht ueberladen) und Komfort (helles, bequemes Badezimmer; Schwimmbad mit Dusche und Sonnenliegen, BBQ Griller, offene Kamine in fast allen Zimmern). In der Nebensaison kann man die Kamine im Haus einheizen und es wird sofort wohlig warm. Im Sommer bietet das Steinhaus ein perfekt gekuehltes Klima. Ein schoener Garten mit Blumen und vielen Mandelbauemen ladet zum Verweilen und der Blick auf das Tramuntangebirge ist umwerfend. Unsere Vermieterin Margarita ist sehr hilfsbereit, ihre Wegbeschreibung war klar, das Haus ist sehr leicht zu erreichen. Margarita gibt das Gefuehl, dass man sich wirklich zu Hause fuehlen soll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, den naechsten groesseren Supermarkt fanden wir in Inca, ca. 10 min mit dem Auto.

Vacances :)

J'ai trouvé cette maison typique majorquine pour les vacances de ma famille. Ils y ont trouvé tout ce qu'ils souhaitaient, le calme, la beauté, la tranquillité, le confort. Ce " petit paradis" est situé en plein coeur de l'ile, et il est possible de se rendre rapidement en voiture à chaque coins de Majorque, que ce soit la plage, la ville, ou la montagne. Magarita, la propriétaire, nous a été très sympathique et organisée. Je recommande cette maison à tous ceux qui souhaitent réellement connaitre Majorque et le plaisir de la campagne, ce lieu est idéal pour la détente ainsi que pour faire du sport.

Excellent

La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Située au centre de l'Ile elle permet de rallier aisément les différents sites à ne pas manquer comme le cap de Formentor, Sa Calobra (à faire de très bonne heure en plein été), Soller, Valdemosa, Déià, Sant Elm, Palma etc. La maison est confortable et se situe au centre d'un terrain d'amandiers. Très au calme, on peut y profiter des plaisirs de la piscine mais aussi tout simplement de la sérénité du lieu. La propriétaire, Margarita, est très sympathique et son accueil digne d'une maison d'Hotes. On s'est senti à Ca'n Brusquer comme dans une maison de famille.. Nous recommandons cette location.
