Perched on the mountainside, the property boasts breathtaking views of the verdant valley below. A quaint iron gate marks the entrance, guiding you along a path that opens up to a stunning terrace and pool area where the scenery is simply unparalleled.

Inside, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Outside, a covered porch with a BBQ invites you to savor delightful Mediterranean meals al fresco. The serene atmosphere, immaculate design, and sweeping vistas promise a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

Please note, the final approach to the property is via a steep driveway, so we recommend renting a smaller vehicle. Once you arrive, all that’s left to do is unwind and soak in the peace and beauty of the countryside.

A wonderful stay in the mountains

We had a wonderful ten days at this property. It was immaculately clean and well equipped for our young family. We enjoyed the seclusion and views across Soller. The pool was lovely! Communication with the hosts was excellent and we couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you!

Wonderful property for relaxing holiday!

Stunning property with wonderful views and lovely pool - great place to unwind and relax. Access via the track road is a challenge but worth it! Recommend for relaxing holiday!

Nice break in wonderful Mallorca

Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made: - the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage) - unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,.. - finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe

Nice House with a great view

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful finca. The view is simply fantastic and the pool is a great way to cool down. The house doesn't lack anything, but you should know how big the car is, because the way to the house and through Soller is sometimes quite narrow.

Lovely secluded villa in the hills

We were blown away by the location of the villa, tucked away up the hills above Soller, with incredible views down over the town and across the port, with spectacular sunsets. The drive up to (and then down to) the villa was a little intimidating at first - the only way in by car is up a very narrow steep winding road, and then down and round an off-road path, so recommend a small car - but the hosts met us in the town and guided us up. Once there though, it’s a nice 30min walk back down the same route down to Soller town 30mins). The villa is clean, and very spacious with all the facilities we needed. The pool and outdoor area have loads of space for sunbathing, eating and relaxing in the quiet spot. The outdoor kitchen and dining area with gas bbq was perfect for some nights in. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

A perfect view

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time for a week here with friends. The terrace, different outdoor seating areas, summer kitchen, pool and the magnificent view acceded our expectations. The only negative was the bathroom set up with only one shower available, no one really wants a bath when it’s in excess of thirty degrees, and it wasn’t ideal having four adults sharing one shower. Awesome (but adventurous in getting there)

The house is beautifully located above the rooftops of Sollér. In the morning briefly refreshed in the pool, then had breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. In the evening we could enjoy the meal from the grill on the terrace with a view of the sun setting behind the mountains. Inside we have stayed only to sleep. The way to the house is not a disadvantage, but you should know that the streets of Sollér are very narrow and the private road (about 400m) to the house is single lane and you should not lose your nerves with oncoming vehicles. Also, the rental car should not be too big. Our rental car had the size of a VW Tiguan and was just suitable for the way. All in all, we had a very nice week. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful Villa, lovely view

We have just come back from a week at the Villa. We had lovely time. Vivienne met us at the local petrol station and we could see why as the first visit to the Villa is a little bit scary and you wonder if you will find your way back down but it was very straightforward once you had done it once. Villa lovely and clean and my elderly parents loved it, the view were to die for. Only gave a 4* as the pool was dirty when we arrived we mentioned it straight away and were told it was due to the storm but that was 2 weeks before we arrived and would have expected it to be ready for us on arrival. It was however cleaned two day later which was great. There is a little traffic noise from the main road into Soller but we just got used to it. You cannot fault the view which changed every hour with the sun over the mountains. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. We did ask for an umbrella as we needed one if you are round the pool but was advised that it was broken in the storm and a new umbrella did not turn up during our 7 day stay. You can walk to Soller from the Villa takes around 35 minutes and the view is lovely, beware it is uphill on the way back but a beautiful walk nevertheless. Overall it a lovely stay but letting agency a little slow in coming back to us. Kim, Graham, Janet and Don

Wirklich traumhaftes Haus mit Pool und fantastischem, einzigartigen und weiten Rundum-Blick. Autofahren für die Zufahrt zum Haus über engen, teils steilen Weg muss man können.

Fantastischer Blick!

Die Finca hat einen perfekten Aussenbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönem großen Pool ca 5m mal 10m. Der Blick über Soller und ins Tramuntana Gebirge ist erstklassig. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit(nur leider zu kurz). Die Betreuung von Virginia war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter. Mini Nachteil ist leider der Fernseher, dieser ist für unseren Geschmack zu klein gewesen.

Phantastisch

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zu fünft und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool ist das Highlight der Finca. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sind grandios. Zu jeder Zeit findet man einen Schattenplatz oder kann die Sonne genießen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war das einzig schwierige. Aber wenn man erstmal angekommen ist, ist alles vergessen. Die Aussicht entschädigt für alles. Die Aussenküche mit Grill ist ebenfalls wunderbar und leicht zu bedienen. Für uns ist dieser Ort ein Sehnsuchtsort geworden. Wir können ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Lage mit abenteuerlicher Anfahrt

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Hilfreich wäre evtl wenn in der Beschreibung steht welche Kaffeemaschine im Haus steht, damit man die richtigen Kapseln oder Pads kauft. Bei uns war eine Nespresso Maschine vor Ort. Die Lage ist schön mit tollem Ausblick nur die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich. Wir hatten ein relativ großes Auto (7 Sitzer) da wir zu 6. angereist sind. Aber selbst mit einem Mittelklasse- oder Kleinwagen ist das letzte Stück von der Straße bis zum Haus (ca 400m) sehr abenteuerlich weil der Weg sehr steil ist und es gleichzeitig viele enge Kurven gibt. Wir haben unser Auto dann ab dem 2. Tag oben an der Straße geparkt und sind zu Fuß zum Haus gegangen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.

Great house in a great setting

Great house, very clean and well-equipped. Stays cool inside thanks to effective shutters and position on hillside catching the breeze. Fantastic terrace and pool with views over Soller to the port in the distance on one side and the mountains on all other sides. Two negatives: First -surprising amount of road noise from the main road far below, it is distant but ever-present (can't hear it inside). Second -the access road is tricky (steep and narrow with two very tight hairpin bends) -wouldn't like to drive it in anything much bigger than a VW Golf. Don't let it put you off staying here unless you are a very nervous driver as you do get used to it after a couple of goes, but do factor it in as you will need to drive this every time you want to go anywhere! Finally, very helpful and responsive host.

Relaxing stay.

The property was beautiful and the view magnificent. The bathroom in the main bedroom was a problem because it has no privacy and no shower. This meant that four of us were sharing the small family bathroom.

Superbe maison

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours avec famille et amis. Le cadre est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de soller. La maison est encore plus belle en vrai qu’en photos avec plein de petits coins intimistes pour se reposer … Super vacances ! Merci 🙏

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Diese wunderschöne Finca liegt oberhalb von Soller in den Bergen. Man ist ganz alleine und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht bis aufs Meer. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Wunderschöner Pool, toller Außen-Grill, toll eingerichtete Küche. Was aber auf jeden Fall wichtig zu sagen ist, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus nichts für jeden PKW ist. Die letzten paar 100 m sind sehr schmal und steil und mit einem zu großen Auto nicht zu machen. Allerdings kann man den Wagen oberhalb stehen lassen und muss dann 5 Minuten zum Haus gehen. Das ganze tut dem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort hat super geklappt.

Urlaub mit 4 Mädels

Die Finca ist sehr schön und die Aussicht wirklich der Wahnsinn!! Leider war der Pool vorher nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden und somit war er ziemlich grün. Der Weg zur Finca ist auch eine echte Herausforderungen. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden!! Für junge Leute die auch gern Feiern wollen, ist der Standort eher ungeeignet. Sonst war alles super!!
