Our home is perfect for snow birds, or the executive looking for short term rental housing. Stay here while house-hunting or looking to relocate. Fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, our pleasing floorplan offers a den/office, family room, living room, queen sized bed, twin beds, and a king master suite that is set apart from the other bedrooms offering twin vanities, a soaking tub, glass shower stall, private WC and walk-in closet.

Master planned Summerlin is ideal for the active lifestyle. In addition to the amenities described on the screen, there are extensive walking trails, community center activities, and libraries all in the neighborhood. We are located just a few minutes from the fabulous five star Red Rock Casino and Resort, Downtown Summerlin Shopping Center complete with Trader Joe's and many shops, restaurants and cinemas, and the locals choice, Suncoast Casino. Also nearby is the soon to be completed home of the Vegas Golden Knights NHL hockey team. Come here to relax, play and stay!

About The Owner

From the mountains of Colorado, we truly enjoy the ability to get away to the warmer, more moderate temperatures of the desert. Robin hails from CA while Ken is a native of Oregon. We have enjoyed this home with our family for over 10 years and have hosted many, many returning guests.

Why The Owner chose Summerlin

Our Father lived in Vegas many years ago and as a young family of 5 we visited him often. He showed us a different side of life there, very different from our rural Colorado norm. Aside from the main attractions people flock to the area for, we found safe and quiet suburban neighborhoods with spectacular landscaping, parks, trails and many venues for family activities. Everything in Summerlin was accessible, clean and so well thought out. We discovered the cost of a Vegas getaway to be affordable, with many local options for entertainment away from the Strip. We wanted to create and provide an opportunity for families like us to enjoy what we happily discovered in Vegas so long ago. When looking for a vacation rental, we viewed countless options. We wanted a home that was spotless and in a great location. A private pool and spa was also a must so that we could enjoy being present at the property and not have to venture out to find relaxation. Proximity to nightlife, gaming, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities were also requirements. With this beautiful home, we have it all and invite you to come and enjoy it as well!

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with the pristine condition of this home; from the simple yet inviting back yard with pool, spa and BBQ to the well designed floor plan which creates multiple separate and common living spaces for maximum privacy. The cool decking makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors in the hottest of Vegas summer conditions. The yard is xeriscaped to keep precious water consumption at a minimum. We started with a blank canvas inside and were able to employ the services of a professional to help create an oasis for visitors in which to nest. Because we visit often, we are continually updating and refreshing our home to make it as complete as possible for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to truly make this your home away from home!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

Very clean and totally lived up to the representation on the website, in fact the excellent condition and highly maintained feeling of the home can't be expressed through photos alone. The owner was great; honest and responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

The Best Vacation Home Experience

We do a lot of traveling and have rented homes from Key West to Las Vegas. This home is in a perfect location for shopping, dining, casino, the 24 hour fitness gym and is only 20 minutes from the Strip. It is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped (we love to cook). Fresh linens were in the closet along with a good supply of towels for pool and bath. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Evenings were enjoyed by the lighted pool side. To sum it up, we are frequent visitors to Las Vegas (we love the Summerlin area); and it was, by far, the best rental experience we have had and would definitely return.

Comfortable Nevada Home

Robin was fast to correct any problems that arose. Home was well appointed and we did not find any day to day items that we did not have. Area was great for walking. All less than 3 miles away were Trader Joes, Albertsons, Sprouts and the Red Rock Casino. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

MINIMUM STAY IS 30 NIGHTS, each night thereafter is pro-rated on monthly rate depending on the number of guests and length of stay. Lowest quote for monthly stay is for 2 guests. Monthly stay for 3-4 guests is $3,400; for 5-6 guests, $3,600. NON-SMOKING and PET-FREE PROPERTY. Check in is at 3 PM, check out is at 11 AM PST.

50% is due at time of booking or payment in full if less than 60 days to occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice. No booking is final until owner has spoken with prospective guest, a rental agreement is fully executed and funds have been collected and verified. Most credit cards accepted through PayPal for an additional 3.5% fee of total amount to be charged.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
