We sincerely apologize that the home was not fully finished upon your arrival. It unfortunately had been started but not completed and this was an extremely rare occurrence with this last-minute reservation, and as soon as we learned what had happened, our cleaning team immediately dropped what they were doing and headed to the property. They arrived within approximately an hour and were prepared to have our four-person team complete the turnover very quickly. We completely understood that waiting was an inconvenience and offered to cover dinner while the home was being prepared. When you decided you preferred not to stay, we also immediately honored that decision and provided a full refund. After many years of hosting, we take great pride in being extremely hands-on and responsive, particularly on the rare occasion when something goes wrong. We are very sorry we did not have the opportunity to make this right for you that evening as we know you and your family would have been extremely comfortable at our special home.

Thanks for your feedback as we are always striving for an excellent experience for our guests. We’ve never had anyone mention having issues with the water pressure and can’t seem to find any issue with it at all but we’ll look into new shower heads as well. As we mention in our detailed instructions, the internet is a super fast speed great for zoom calls and steaming lots of channels but the box just needs a quick reboot occasionally.
