Lovely apartment with garden, recommend

Thierry showed us around and made sure we felt comfortable for our stay. We had a lovely holiday, visited St Jean de Luz for lunches, took the train up from Rhune to enjoy the amazing views. Evenings were spent outside on the comfortable patio furniture enjoying the peace. Location to the nearest beach was good for dog 🐕 walks, Bruno enjoyed it all. Thanks Thierry for your emails before our holiday, very helpful 👍. À bientot Sue and Steve

Le logement est spacieux, agreable avec un bel espace exterieur.Un petit bemol avec la salle de bain qui manque un peu d'aeration.Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour avec la plage a proximité, un arret de bus proche et un quartier calme.

Emplacement parfait, calme total, jardin super avec vue, logement spacieux et bien agencé, équipement adapté, le tout conforme à l’annonce. En revanche… malgré le manque de modernité du logement qui reste une question de goût non essentielle à la qualité du séjour (et observé dans l’annonce), l’humidité de ce logement situé en sous-sol est très problématique : odeurs de renfermé insupportables qui m’ont occasionné une forte gêne respiratoire, traces de moisissure au plafond, sur la vaisselle… J’ajouterais que, malgré la qualité des échanges avec l’agence et la tranquillité fort appréciée du logement, un accueil ou signe des propriétaires aurait été apprécié, surtout après avoir pris conscience qu’ils semblaient vivre juste au-dessus. Pas de présence ni visite à l’arrivée, ni mot ni geste de bienvenue, pas de brochures locales… les seules présences manuscrites sont le code wifi, un défaut sur la cafetière et les jours de sortie des poubelles. Un peu décevant pour un logement d’un certain budget dans une région si chaleureuse.
