Lovely apartment with garden, recommend

Thierry showed us around and made sure we felt comfortable for our stay. We had a lovely holiday, visited St Jean de Luz for lunches, took the train up from Rhune to enjoy the amazing views. Evenings were spent outside on the comfortable patio furniture enjoying the peace. Location to the nearest beach was good for dog 🐕 walks, Bruno enjoyed it all. Thanks Thierry for your emails before our holiday, very helpful 👍. À bientot Sue and Steve

Le logement est spacieux, agreable avec un bel espace exterieur.Un petit bemol avec la salle de bain qui manque un peu d'aeration.Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour avec la plage a proximité, un arret de bus proche et un quartier calme.

Emplacement parfait, calme total, jardin super avec vue, logement spacieux et bien agencé, équipement adapté, le tout conforme à l’annonce. En revanche… malgré le manque de modernité du logement qui reste une question de goût non essentielle à la qualité du séjour (et observé dans l’annonce), l’humidité de ce logement situé en sous-sol est très problématique : odeurs de renfermé insupportables qui m’ont occasionné une forte gêne respiratoire, traces de moisissure au plafond, sur la vaisselle… J’ajouterais que, malgré la qualité des échanges avec l’agence et la tranquillité fort appréciée du logement, un accueil ou signe des propriétaires aurait été apprécié, surtout après avoir pris conscience qu’ils semblaient vivre juste au-dessus. Pas de présence ni visite à l’arrivée, ni mot ni geste de bienvenue, pas de brochures locales… les seules présences manuscrites sont le code wifi, un défaut sur la cafetière et les jours de sortie des poubelles. Un peu décevant pour un logement d’un certain budget dans une région si chaleureuse.

Hébergement bien équipé, juissant d'un jardin très agréable très bien entretenu et calme ce qui est très appréciable dans cette région où l'on vit souvent dehors. La vue sur la Rhune depuis le jardin est également sympa lors des repas sous un arbre qui produit une ombre naturelle très agréable.Les propriétaires qui vivent au dessus sont discrets et charmants. Nous revenons régulièrement dans cette location qui est juste à côté de la plage d'erromardie. Il est également possible de rejoindre à pied la grande plage de Saint jean de luz pour ceux qui aiment marcher.

Très bonne localisation pour se rendre à pied en 10mn à la belle plage d'Erromardie. Propreté : impeccable. Logement en rez de jardin très agréable ; repas à l'extérieur au calme. Logement bien équipé. Échanges réactifs, clairs avec Thierry pour régler heures d'arrivée/départ, etc... Je recommande.

Confort de bon niveau, proximité de la plage et 2 km du centre on peut y aller à pieds par le beau sentier du littoral. Joli jardin où on peut garer la voiture appréciable car au centre ville c’est plutôt galère. Très bon accueil de Thierry qui se rend disponible en cas de problème. J’y retournerai +++

Très bon accueil, la maison était très propre et soignée. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous sommes allés à la plage à pied tous les jours. Je recommande cette location si vous avez un chien le jardin est sécurisé et il peut en profiter. Bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Rez-de-jardin dans un quartier calme à 800m de la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à saint jean de luz. La maison se situe à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage d’Erromardie et à 15 minutes en vélo de la grande plage. Le gérant et les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques. Dans la maison, il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner : four, plancha, plaque à induction. Le jardin étant à l ombre des arbres, cela permet de manger dehors. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
