Enjoy Your Friend at the Beach's updated pool front condo in the luxury resort of Adagio with its view of the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool with fountain.
Spacious living area with two couches, comfortable chairs, one with ottoman. Large flat screen TV above the fireplace. Dining area with seating for six plus three bar stools at the granite counter top.
In Adagio G201, you will find three bedrooms, each with their own adjoining bathroom. YFAB provides 100% cotton sheets - and phone chargers by each bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. All of our bathrooms come equipped with 100% cotton towels (plenty of them!), shower soap, hand soaps, hair dryer and starter supplies of paper goods.
The bedroom layout has been updated to include:
Master bedroom with KING bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and stand alone shower
Second bedroom with KING bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Third bedroom with full size beds and adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall, tub/shower combination.
Bonus bunk room.
The kitchen has everything you have come to expect from Your Friend at The Beach - plenty of dishes, pots and pan, blender, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig, crock pot and dish washing liquid and detergent - enough for the whole week! Stainless appliances as well as a stand alone ice maker - fill your cooler for the beach!
Comfortable outdoor furniture - large outdoor table with seating for six plus two chaise lounges to watch the children play in the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool just beyond your balcony.

Per HOA rules, the condo is limited to eight guests. TWO vehicles only allowed. HOA rules allow a third vehicle for a small fee. Must be 25 or older to rent, no chaperoned groups. Restrictions: No RV's, golf carts, boats or trailers allowed.
Please note the fee charged by VRBO is on top of our rates.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
