Nice bungalow with 3 bedrooms, including 1 independent studio, in the peace of a private driveway.

Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, between the port of Brusc and that of La Coudoulière.

The house is fully equipped as new (Furniture, Bedding, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, Weber barbecue)
 
The sunny garden of 600 m2 beautifully planted, is out of sight and shaded on the terrace by 2 superb pine trees.

Haus toll, Studio erhält Minuspunkte

Das Haus ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern toll. 2 Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, gute Küche und toller Garten mit viel Schatten. Auch ist der Strand in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso ist Platz für 2 Autos zum Parken. Jedoch gibt es Minuspunkte wegen des Studios. Dieses befindet sich neben dem Haus über der Garage. Dort gibt es keine Klimaanlage, so dass es dort sehr heiß wird. Auch war die Halterung der Duschbrause defekt und es sind Ameisen im Studio. Wir konnten hiervon einige finden.

Très bon séjour

Très jolie maison moderne , calme , jardin ombragé , parking privé , très bien située et très proche à pieds des plages. Très pratique et agréable avec des enfants. Arrivée et départ aisés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison sympathique au calme

La maison très bien située, au calme à 200 m d'une petite plage et 5 à 10 mn à pieds de plages plus grandes. Une navette gratuite peut même vous y conduire gratuitement ainsi qu'au port. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sous les pins sans souffrir de la chaleur dans une maison sympathique et bien équipée. Juste une petite chose, une seconde table à serait quand même un plus.

Gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bei Hitze gut auszuhalten

Die Fewo entspricht den Fotos, der Garten und die Terrasse sind geräumig und die beiden Pinien vor dem Haus gewährleisten auch bei hohen Temperaturen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Im Haus gibt es zusätzlich noch eine Klimaanlage, die für Abkühlung sorgt.
