Nice and cozy

Nice, clean, cozy place for our stay with the family and kids. Pool net made it baby friendly and game room kept it fun for us. Owner was friendly and very helpful in trying to make sure we had everything for our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable.

Even though we only stayed for two nights, we had a wonderful experience! Eric was very helpful and always only a text or call away. The pool area was a wonderful treat for celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay from the start to finish. My family had an amazing time that they wanna come back to this house. This house had everything we needed and it was very clean. If we had a problem which we didn't or question we can contact the owner directly. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here.⁰

AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

My family LOVED This home is was just perfect for us...my kids loved the outdoor area with pool,toys and jacuzzi while Watching movies...My favorite was the HOT WATER OMG...THAT LONG HOT BUBBLE BATH IN THE MASTER BEDROOM TUB WAS EVERYTHING...let's just sum it up I really my 36th birthday celebration quarantine style with my family...WE WILL BE BACK SOON🤞💪🙌💞

This is a lovely house with a great deck and pool area. The listing shown is as described. Tons of games for kids. We will be planning another stay next year.

Perfect home for family getaway!!

This was our first time using VRBO and I have to admit we were a little nervous. But....This home not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The pictures online don’t do it justice at all. This was the perfect “welcoming” atmosphere to help us get away after months of home schooling and working from home. Our family had a wonderful time, with all the space and amenities to be desired. We are extremely happy we were able to still create some summer memories here, amidst the current pandemic. Eric was the perfect host, being extremely attentive and responsive to all questions. The bar has been set very high for any other VRBO homeowner. We will certainly be returning.

Great property!

We rented this property for a weekend. The house was very beautiful, clean and cozy. There was something there for everybody. The kids and teenagers enjoyed the game room and the pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The house is more beautiful than the pictures. We were very impressed! The owner, Eric was such a nice person and very helpful. My only complaint is that we should've stayed longer lol.

Amazing

I fell in love with this house just from looking at the pictures but once I got there I realized the pictures does not do the house any justice!! This house is BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS & SOOOOO COMFORTABLE. It was everything I would look for in a home. The game room had so may different games to choose from and the hot tub was beautiful, warm and relaxing with the colors changing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would really recommend this house to anyone who's looking for a nice visit. Eric is very nice and responds quickly to anything you may need. I didn't want to leave the property, that's how much I enjoyed the stay.

Great place for a great vacation.

We rented this property for a weekend, it was pretty awesome!. The house has a pretty sweet game room and a big pool. They do also have a lot of board games. The house is a dream that has everything that you need to have a great time, and the owner was communicative. Overall I recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing Stay

The home is very spacious and beautiful, close to everything. My husband, my daughter and I had a great comfortable stay. We enjoy our family time by the pool and Eric was very great with us. He was easy to contact and was very attentive. I would definitely book his home again. Thank you!

Perfect vacation home

The house was amazing in every way, and the neighborhood was wonderful as well. There is a park nearby with a big grassy area for kids to play in. We loved the home, and it had everything we would want in a vacation! Eric was very kind as well.

Home away from home!

This vacation home has everything! pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and board games!! This home is very spacious and has a TV just about everywhere except the bathrooms! It was clean and my family really enjoyed our stay we will defiantly be back!

We have stayed in quite a few houses around the Orlando area. The location is extremely close in a very short drive to Disney and Sea World but it is out of the hustle and bustle of I 4. Definitely the highest quality of bedding of any of the many rentals that we have ever stayed in. Would give it a 10 Stars if I could

Perfect for a family with young teenagers!

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Disney and Universal are 30 minutes to 35 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store a couple of miles away. The kids loved the hot tub and swimming pool. There is a TV in almost every room. We were watching the football games and playing pool in the garage/game room. It is a nice roomy layout but we still felt close to each other. If in the Orlando area I would return here in a minute.

Great Family Vacation home-base

We had a family vacation to the Disney parks and this home was an excellent home base. It was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub after a lot of walking through out the day. The owner was very fast in responding to any questions prior to our arrival.

Great stay

We had a amazing stay! The home was beautiful and clean. The owner was easy to reach. At 2am when we weren’t able to get in he immediately called and made sure we got in and that we knew how to work the door. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to family and friends.

Much needed vacation

This property was even more beautiful in person. The pictures do it no justice. We really enjoyed everything this house had to offer and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and the owner Eric is awesome., very attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and restful as possible. It’s close enough to everything but far enough that you have peace and quiet. This was a much needed vacation and we will definitely be renting from Eric again in the future.
