LOCATION:

Villa Mangos 11a is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, the Dominican Republic.

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Since the resort’s opening in 1974 as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.

This incredible 7,000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pools at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.

La Romana airport is located five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located about a 45-minute drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Mangos 11A is a 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families of all ages.

Step into the villa and find yourself in the beautiful living room, which has high, vaulted ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. This space flows easily to the outdoor area, where you’ll likely spend most of your time!

The villa has several outdoor living areas, a bar area (beverages are not included), and an outdoor kitchen with a unique, Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill (food is not included). The outdoor living- and dining areas are covered, so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine!

The formal indoor dining area has a view of the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. The terrace is the perfect place if you prefer a more casual dining setting.

The villa has a spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – AND your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (groceries are not included)!

Enjoy a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with a large pool deck, cozy furnished terraces, a large and private backyard facing the golf course with a big lawn, lots of palm trees, and a kids’ playground with swings, a slide, etc.

The villa is furnished with a mix of comfortable contemporary and Caribbean-style, oversized furniture. The interior design is clutter-free and very welcoming. This villa is a great place to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation with your family & friends.

Bedroom 1: The Primary bedroom with 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet/dresser, and a private terrace with garden view.

Bedroom 2 with 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV, closet/dresser, and walk-out to the terrace and pool area.

Bedroom 3 with 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV, closet/dresser, and walk-out to the terrace and pool area.

Bedroom 4 with 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, air-conditioning, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV, and closet.

The casa de Campo resort fee is included in the rental price of the villa for all booking starting June 04, 2025 or later.

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The English/Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English/Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
