A great home away from homes

We had a great trip at to Paris and loved staying here! It felt super homely and was in a nice quiet area but is very well connected to get everywhere and has all the shops round about you would need to get supplies. The facilities were great with everything you need to cook meals at home and to top it off a lovely balcony for enjoying a glass of wine on!

Clean, comfortable and good location

I enjoyed my stay here every bit as much as all the previous renters!

The facilities were excellent, and the owners very congenial and responsive to my needs - including the availability of an early check-in. There was nothing of any concern, and I hope I have the opportunity to return in the future.

Lovely spot with wonderful hosts

Christine and George were very welcoming and communicative hosts. This apartment is in a great neighborhood - with good options for food and markets to stock up for your stay, or restaurants and cafes/brasseries for a night out. Conveniently located enough to easily get to spots for sightseeing but won’t be right on top of them. And if you’re a fan of Asian cuisine there are a ton of great options within walking distance! (We especially recommend Pho Mui).

A small and calm getaway

We had a good and pleasant stay in this small studio in a quiet cozy neighbourhood of central Paris. Since we spend a lot of time outside the studio and only came home to rest or sleep, it was perfect. I would recommend this studio for two persons though, and not for three, as the description says.

Enjoying Art in Paris

The apartment was well suited for my 2 week stay in Paris. The apartment was well equipped. It is well served by two metro lines and more than one bus route. Grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, etc are steps away from the front door. Christine was very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay in this property and was well looked after by the property owner who lives next door. Suitable for families who need access to kitchen and laundry. Also has bathtub as well. Close to bibliothèque RER and metro and Nationale metro and bus 27 covers most needs for the tourists. Nice area near the church. Apartment feels secure with lift access. Monoprix, Picard and Lidl walking distance nearby. I would love to stay here again if I visit Paris again in the future.

Perfect stay in Paris

The apartment was great and we would stay again. The building is very clean and secure and the apartment itself was bigger than we had expected. The bathroom was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The main room was lovely and light and provided plenty of space for two people. We stayed a week in this apartment and it was great for our needs. Transport connections were very easy and there’s lots of local shops and bakeries. The check in and subsequent communication was prompt and very friendly. Huge thanks to Christine for a very enjoyable stay!

Easy way to get to know paris and feel at home

My partner and I were well satisfied with our Host and the appartement. Christine is a very pleasant person, easy to communicate with and she was willing to assist us with whatever we needed. All our basic needs were met in regards to our vacation. We had a bit of a problem with the bed hardness, as it was very hard to sleep comfortably on. Maybe it's because we're accustom to a different mattress hardness. Adjustment to medium, maybe? Otherwise we will definitely use Christine's accommodation again. Thank you Christine for making our visit to Paris feel like home away from home.

Departamento super tranquilo y acogedor.

El departamento está en una zona tranquila, con cafés y mini super cercanos, todo lo necesario. Estaba super limpio, Christine fue super gentil al recibirnos a pesar de que llegamos una hr tarde, nos proporcionó todo lo necesario y estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nuestra estancia. Incluso le prestó unos juegos de mesa a mi nena, también nos dió recomendaciones de lugares y parques. Sin duda volvería.

Très bon appartement

Nous avons rencontré un problème de transport et nous sommes arrivés tard malgré cela l'hôte est très accueillante, compréhensible et serviable.L'endroit est calme, à proximité des commerces et ligne de bus qui desserve le métro.L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnelle et agréable à séjourné.On y reviendra bientôt.

Siamo stati bene, appartamento molto confortevole e con tutto il necessario; posizione ottima vicino alla metro e zona ricca di negozi. La signora Christine è stata molto gentile nel venirci a prendere la sera tardi all'arrivo e accogliente, cercando di farci stare al meglio la prima notte. Disponibile anche nel check out per le valigie. Grazie tanto e consiglieremo l'alloggio sicuramente!

L'état du logement, c'est parfaitement comme les photos et les descriptions en ligne. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement et même aux environs. Madame propriétaire était aussi vraiment sympa ! :)

Wunderschöne Tage in Paris

Wir haben 8 wunderschöne Tage in Paris in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Beschreibung stimmt in allen Punkten mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen im 13. Arrondissement und super angebunden (Metro/Bus/RER) Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ma fille et moi-même avons séjourné 5 jours et nous avons été super bien accueillies par Me Barbey. L'appart est très bien situé, très agréable et confortable. Me Barbey est très bienveillante et arrangeante. Nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous, très à l'aise. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !
