Welcome to CJ’s Vacation Getaway, a beautifully redecorated 17th-floor oceanfront condo at Sterling Reef in Panama City Beach. With breathtaking Gulf views, a 25-foot private balcony, and space for up to 6 guests, it’s the perfect place for families or couples looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
Located right next to MB Miller County Pier and just minutes from Shipwreck Island Water Park, you’ll enjoy one of the most convenient locations on Panama City Beach.

Step out onto the extra-large private balcony from either the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy panoramic views of the emerald Gulf waters. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or look for dolphins and stingrays swimming by.

The best condo we have stayed in so far. The hosts are fantastic with communication and the condo is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. We would gladly book this condo in the future. We had a great stay!

Very cozy and you will never find a cleaner room

The condo was absolutely adorable, spacious and had a beautiful view You couldn’t find easier people to rent from, Connie and Mike were always available to answer questions with a quick response.. This place was perfect for a few added night to our vacation.

The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean, comfy, and cozy. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised by the soap, bags, cleaning supplies, and beach supplies! The owners are very responsive and helpful! The only downside was the wait time for elevators and the parking garage spaces.

This condo is amazing! From the entry way to the bathrooms everything is decorated so nice. It’s very beachy but so warm and cozy at the same time. I have stayed at sterling reef for the last 8 years and I love the location, it never seems to be to crowded. Mike and Connie are great to work with and respond right away. I will for sure be staying in this unit again.

The condo was clean and looked exactly as the pictures. Everything you need, is in there…. Everything! Communication with the owners was excellent. Wish the property had a hot tub, but not a deal breaker. We recommend!

Everything was great. Beautiful place thanks for letting us share the property. If you get a chance the microwave is giving a code E 11 when we put in potato to bake. I have the same microwave it’s a sensor code Microwave still works just not on certain settings.

The property was just as described online! The best part was easy communication with the owners. They are very attentive and easy to talk with! They have sand boards, beach chairs, nets and toys for kids. The beach service on the beach is paid for! Fully furnished kitchen was a plus! We had an excellent time!! Would definitely recommend! We had an amazing time at this condo! Mike and Connie were absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was easy and instant! The condo was exactly as described and decorated beautifully! They knew we were coming down for our anniversary and a couple other special occasions and left the sweetest extra touches in the condo for us to arrive to. The resort itself was clean and in a convenient location. The pool was fun and the beach access was great! We will absolutely be back to this condo!

We love the PCB area. We started going to the PCB area in 2012 and loved it so much we bought the condo in 2018 in a wonderful building in a great location. We are excited to share our home with you and hope you love it as much as we do. We love to relax in the beautiful white sand or taking it easy on the balcony enjoying the view.

Why they chose this property

The views of the Gulf. We just love being on the upper floors and being able to lookout onto the Gulf and spot dolphins or look down near the beach and see the manta rays.
