This 2nd-floor, 3-bedroom suite offers a comfortable and convenient stay just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Here are some key details about your vacation rental:
Space: The suite features 10-foot-high ceilings throughout and offers just under 1,000 square feet of living space. It includes a back patio accessible from two bedrooms, providing a peaceful view of Perdido Key's natural habitat. Please note that while the condo can sleep 7 guests, only 6 adults are allowed, as the top bunk is not suitable for adults due to weight limits.
Location: You'll be situated within the Villagio Shopping Complex, which offers shops, restaurants, a gym, spa, and more conveniently located on-site. The public beach access is just a quick walk away, approximately 0.3 miles from the condo. The building features stairs on either side and an elevator in the middle for easy access.
Amenities: Inside the condo, you'll find a large smart TV in the living room and TVs in each of the back bedrooms. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer available in the unit. In case of inclement weather, the condo is stocked with entertainment options, including a Wii, Alexa, board games, books, as well as complimentary WiFi and access to Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+.
Exploration: Perdido Key is centrally located between Downtown Pensacola and Gulf Shores, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. Parking is free and conveniently close and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

Before You Arrive: We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so we strive to have the condo ready by 3:00 p.m. Please be patient during peak seasons, and we'll notify you if the condo is ready earlier.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Upon entering the complex, continue driving straight towards the back - the condo is located on the second floor of the rectangular building at the back of the parking lot.
Start-Up Supplies Provided:
For your convenience, some basic unit amenities are supplied for late arrivals when you can't stop for supplies:
Provided items: soap, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels.
Please note that once you've used these items, you're responsible for replacing them for the remainder of your stay.
Coffee lovers: There's a coffee pot and Keurig, but guests must provide their own filters and coffee.
WiFi: WiFi information will be available after booking. It is also posted in the unit for easy access.
Departure Instructions:
-Load and run the dishwasher; do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
-Leave used beds unmade and do not strip linens.
-Remove all trash from the condo - the dumpster is located on either side of the parking lot.
This listing and rental agreement provides important rules and regulations for guests staying on a property. Here's a summary of the key points:
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property, and they must be a guest staying at the property during the rental period.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the property, including the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in the loss of the security deposit and additional cleaning costs.
Security Deposit: If the home is damaged or violation issued, the renter may be charged up to the full security and/or insurance amount. A $500 security deposit "HOLD" is required, collected separately by the property owner before check-in. It will be released within 48 hours if there was no damage/violation.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with PRIOR written permission before booking. There's a fee of $75 per dog per stay, to be paid before check-in. Approval is at the discretion of the owners and HOA. Pets not approved but located on property will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the property without refund.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent upon booking, and failure to sign and return it within 48 hours of booking will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Date Changes: Changes in dates are not allowed within 30 days of the scheduled check-in.
A/C and Windows/Doors: Do not leave windows/doors open while the air conditioner is on, as it may cause smoke alarms to go off and the A/C to freeze up.
Sand Management: Rinse sand from feet, clothes, towels, and beach items before entering the house. Excess sand in indoor pipes can cause backups.
Towel Etiquette: Do not hang towels or clothing items from the balcony railing.
Wet Clothing: Do not sit or lay on furniture or beds with wet clothing, as chlorine and salt may bleach fabrics.
Grinder Pump: The house utilizes a grinder pump. If the light under the house flashes, notify the host immediately. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet; other paper products may cause backups and result in plumbing service calls.
Security and Privacy Note:
A ring doorbell has been installed at the front door and is active and recording audio and video at all times. Tampering with the doorbell will result in immediate removal from the property.
