The view from this condo is outstanding as is the condo itself. It is wonderfully furnished and supplied. We will definitely stay here again. The owner is so easy to work with. Just a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Windemere. The condo we rented left something to be desired in the area of cleanliness. It also had a musty smell and we did discover mold in the shower/bathtub area. We feel this needs to be addressed by someone. The beach equipment, which was stored in the closet, was still wet from previous use. We tried to make sure the chairs we used were dry before we stored them at the end of our stay. But the closets retained an odor.
I am so sorry regarding this issue, I had no idea is was going on. The cleaning staff has addressed the mold issue.
Happy With This Choice
This unit was the perfect size for the hubs and me. Coffee every morning on this 13th floor balcony watching the dolphins swim by was the best way to start the day! The kitchen was adequately and efficiently stocked, and the whole thing was decorated nicely. We weren’t fans of the bed mattress or the living room furniture, however. We love a firm mattress, but this one was almost considered hard. Keep that in mind if you have back problems. The chair in the living room, when reclined, hurts the back of the legs, but as little as we were inside, it was definitely manageable. We wouldn’t let this deter us from going back. We loved the reserved, covered parking place and the security of a gated garage. Overall, we were very happy with this condo! Many thanks to the owners.
We love staying in your condo!
Our only complaint isn’t with the condo but with the property management. There’s not enough carts during check-in and check-out times! There only about 12 or so.
We absolutely love your condo but it would be nice to have a blackout shade on the window In The bedroom since the outside light stays on all night-other than that it is wonderful!
The condo was sufficient for us as a couple, however, we had issues with the furniture
The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. There is a spring broke in the couch which makes it very uncomfortable. The footboard of the recliner is hard and hurts your legs when reclined. The mattress of the king size bed needs to be replaced.
I am sorry you were not satisfied with the condo furniture. The mattress is new and was purchased in March 2017 and the living furniture was purchased in March 2016. We have had no other complaints on the furniture. My husband and I stay in this condo every winter for 3 months, so we are very aware of what needs to be replaced or is uncomfortable. We beleve your unfaborable review is because you asked for a refund the day you arrived.
