Beautiful contemporary beach house walk

bright and spacious modern house (150m2) ideally located: beach, shops, harbor walk. It consists of a ground floor large living area very bright (with TV) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), a bedroom (bed 140x200), toilet, bathroom (with shower). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140x200 and 1 bed 90x190, a bathroom (with bath), a toilet, a large mezzanine (with TV). 1 storeroom with washing machine.
A large terrace (100m2) south and west facing, a 800m2 garden and parking spaces.

GerĂ€umiges und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Garten und Poolbereich.BĂ€cker und kleiner Supermarkt fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele interessante/schöne Orte, KĂŒstenabschnitte, Schlösser, Cairns/Menhir zu besichtigen.Abstimmung mit den Vermietern war schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig möglich.

La maison est lumineuse et dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La piscine chauffĂ©e est trĂšs bien conçue et ses 9m permet de nager et jouer. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  5 min Ă  pied de l’ocĂ©an avec un club de voile. Balades Ă  vĂ©lo (les propriĂ©taires vous en prĂȘtent 4). Location de bateaux Ă  Arzon Ă  20 min en voiture.

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, lumineuse grandes baies vitrĂ©es, bonne exposition soleil sur les 2 terrasses, piscine chauffĂ©e top, accĂšs plage Ă  pied, Carrefour express Ă  2 mn, sentiers et pistes cyclables sur tout le secteur (sachant que des vĂ©los sont Ă  disposition). Les photos sont conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme du quartier. Beaucoup de.visites Ă  faire autour de Sarzeau. Accueil agrĂ©able et dĂ©licate attention avec des produits locaux offerts. Et en plus 15 j de beau temps ! En rĂ©sumĂ©, allez y vous ne serez pas déçus 😉🙂

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison vaste et trĂšs facile Ă  vivre. La plage et le sentier cĂŽtier sont Ă  deux pas ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Wunderbares Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit tollem Garten in absolut ruhiger Lage! Es ist alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und in einem top Zustand! Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und die Vermieter BĂ©nĂ©dicte + Bernard sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein BĂ€cker und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Alles in Allem eine top Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen wĂŒrden!

Sehr schönes Haus fĂŒr sehr schönen Urlaub

Das Haus von Benedicte und Bernard ist modern, groß mit großem Garten und "aus einem Guss" schön klar eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, alles funktioniert. Strand, Ort, BĂ€cker und Supermarkt einen Katzensprung entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner Ort, schöne Gegend. Benedicte und Bernard sind nett und entspannt.
