bright and spacious modern house (150m2) ideally located: beach, shops, harbor walk. It consists of a ground floor large living area very bright (with TV) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), a bedroom (bed 140x200), toilet, bathroom (with shower). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140x200 and 1 bed 90x190, a bathroom (with bath), a toilet, a large mezzanine (with TV). 1 storeroom with washing machine.
A large terrace (100m2) south and west facing, a 800m2 garden and parking spaces.

Geräumiges und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit großem Garten und Poolbereich.Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele interessante/schöne Orte, Küstenabschnitte, Schlösser, Cairns/Menhir zu besichtigen.Abstimmung mit den Vermietern war schnell und zuverlässig möglich.

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

La maison est lumineuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine chauffée est très bien conçue et ses 9m permet de nager et jouer. Vous êtes à 5 min à pied de l’océan avec un club de voile. Balades à vélo (les propriétaires vous en prêtent 4). Location de bateaux à Arzon à 20 min en voiture.

La maison est vaste et très agréable, 2 belles terrasses, très beau jardin et la piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur La plage est à 5 mn ainsi que les petits commerces de proximité, la région est magnifique Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et attentionnés Nous recommandons vivement cette très belle location

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, lumineuse grandes baies vitrées, bonne exposition soleil sur les 2 terrasses, piscine chauffée top, accès plage à pied, Carrefour express à 2 mn, sentiers et pistes cyclables sur tout le secteur (sachant que des vélos sont à disposition). Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier. Beaucoup de.visites à faire autour de Sarzeau. Accueil agréable et délicate attention avec des produits locaux offerts. Et en plus 15 j de beau temps ! En résumé, allez y vous ne serez pas déçus 😉🙂

Ravi de notre séjour en hiver.

Nous avons bien été accueillis. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, claire et bien équipée. La propreté est parfaite. Même au mois de février il y a des tas de choses à faire sur cette splendide presqu'ile.

Maison très agréable à vivre!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison vaste et très facile à vivre. La plage et le sentier côtier sont à deux pas ce qui est très appréciable. Les vélos à disposition nous ont permis d’aller dans les environs facilement. Nos hôtes ont été charmants et nous ont très gentiment offert quelques spécialités délicieuses... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Alles top!!!

Wunderbares Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit tollem Garten in absolut ruhiger Lage! Es ist alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und in einem top Zustand! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Vermieter Bénédicte + Bernard sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in Allem eine top Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen würden!

Sehr schönes Haus für sehr schönen Urlaub

Das Haus von Benedicte und Bernard ist modern, groß mit großem Garten und "aus einem Guss" schön klar eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, alles funktioniert. Strand, Ort, Bäcker und Supermarkt einen Katzensprung entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner Ort, schöne Gegend. Benedicte und Bernard sind nett und entspannt.
