Situation with son of property owner.
We had a dispute with the son of one of the property owners. He approached me vary rudely about a situation at the pool, there was definitely a better way he could have handled things and spoke to me. I didn’t argue back, for him to be so upset with me. It sort of ruined the remainder of the trip, luckily this happened at the end of the trip. The property owner that we dealt with was vary nice!!! The place is great!!!!
To be honest, a 3-star rating seems to me quite unfair since on our part there was never any problem, we gave you good attention, the department was in good condition etc. I think we did our best to enjoy your vacation.
Unfortunately, your children left trash in the pool and another owner did not like it. Maybe it wasn't the right way to ask you, but it seems to me that if no trash had been left in the pool, no problem would have happened.
Even so, I thank you for choosing us and visiting us. Even when you broke the cupboard and forced a door that had a key. That's why I'm surprised by your rating, but I repeat. Thanks for visiting us. regards!!
