Palm desert

House needs some more furniture in living room. More area rugs to absorb the sound. Furniture was not in the best of shape. Kitchen utensils and plates were not all matched and a bit random. Plates were chipped and needed more. Bar refrigerator was missing. No desks if anyone had to work during stay. Heating was not regulated and either cold or hot. Had to keep adjusting. No written instructions on how to work anything. Spa was either very hot and then had to keep going into house to turn off to cool down. Never consistent.

Hello Christine Thanks for your review. We did purchase many new items in the kitchen because you wanted all new. We have updated some of the furniture as well after your departure(the items that were few years old) In regards to the heating, im not sure what you mean.The thermostats can be easily lower or increase per your desire. Im regards to the spa you can also lower the temparature or increase, these is on all homes, the spa does not know what is the temperature you like, you should kjnd of now and before you jump into the spa you can regulate it. If you set it at 104 it will be to hot(for my taste) so you just have to place it to 101 initially… I show you how everything worked on the day of your arrival, and also i did send you videos on how all items work…

Perfect Desert Location

This home was perfect for my family. The location, amenities and comfort were exactly what we were looking for. The house would be great for entertaining and can fit far more people than my 4-person family. The indoor/outdoor living was spectacular!

Perfect vacation property

This house exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, comfortable and convenient. Hector was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing !!!!

What an incredible house! Probably one of the best I have seen and stayed! House has everything you need! Pool and outdoors are from a top resort property!. All of the rooms have their own high-end bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. Everything inside the house has high-end finishes and all details have been properly taken care of. House is well stock, as well as the kitchen. Nothing you need to bring. Claudio and Hector were great from the start and were a delight during our entire trip. Thank you so much and we will be back over and over! highly recommend this house.

Best vacation home ever

What an incredible vacation! This was the best home I have ever been and I usually travel around the world at least four times per year! My family and friends loved the house, the modern feeling, the open concept, the massive pocket door, the outdoor bbq area with a bar by the pool! It's hard to describe what an amazing house this is! Also, is next to hiking trails, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants!! The house has an incredible kitchen which is very well stock, laundry, fireplace, and high-end appliances. Hector and Claudio were super nice as well!
