Welcome to ‘Casa Paloma’ in beautiful La Quinta, just minutes from Old Town La Quinta. With over 3,300 square feet of upscale living space, this 5BR/4BA compound features a luxurious 4BR home and 1BR detached casita.

Compound-like grounds are beautifully landscaped featuring a large pool and spa, fire-pit, and covered patio to beat the heat. Plenty of room for gatherings of friends, family and furry companions. The floorplan is perfect for entertaining with an expansive family room with fireplace and open style kitchen. Detached Casita offers guests privacy in a beautifully appointed suite with en suite bathroom.

This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably, each room featuring a King bed. If needed, the living room has two sleeper sofas (+2 guests).

The home is a quick walk or bike ride to Old Town La Quinta, minutes from all the great golf courses, close to La Quinta’s off leash dog park, hiking, biking, a quick drive to all the shopping conveniences, and minutes from La Quinta’s tennis/pickle- ball/lap swimming. Located in a quiet neighborhood, not in a gated community, makes it easy access for all.


Please note that the city of La Quinta is no longer issuing short-term-rental permits so the minimum stay for Paloma House is 31 days. We are looking for those that would love to enjoy the place for months at a time! We are offering discounts for those that stay for 2 months or longer - please just inquire when requesting the dates of your trip.

Living Room:
Great Room is perfect for movie and game nights - 2 big couches + lots of additional seating. Large TV, gas fireplace, plus tons of games.

Kitchen/Dining:
Chef's Kitchen with island makes casual dining easy with a large adjacent dining area. All the kitchen gadgets and cooking essentials provided.

Bedrooms and Baths
This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably between five bedrooms - there are two sleeper sofas in the living room for additional guests if needed.

The master suite is well-appointed with a king bed, large TV, and direct courtyard access. The spa-like ensuite includes a double vanity, separate water closet, soaking tub, a walk-in two-person rain shower, and walk-in closet.

The second suite has a king bed, large TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

The third room has a king bed, large TV. Bathroom would be shared with the second suite.

The fourth bedroom has a king bed, large TV, and en-suite bathroom has two entries.

The casita has a king bed, large TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the kitchen area is a desk with iMac available for guests. There is also a standing desk work station located in the Master Bedroom walk-in closet (can be moved during your stay).


Reservation Details:
Reservation includes utility fees during your stay, notably running AC during the summer months and pool heating during the winter months*. Please note if there is excessive overuse of utilities (exceeding $1500/per month) we will charge the difference.

This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people, enforced 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fines up to $1,000. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction without refund. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized. We have cleaners come every two weeks during your stay unless you do NOT want them during your time.
