Everything was perfect

Amazing modern apartment walking distance to the beach. Very clean and very well appointed with everything we needed plus many extras. The apartment has a great modern design with high tech appliances including high quality AC units in each room. The large furnished terraces make for great outdoor lounging and meals al fresco. The parking spot is super convenient too. The host is very nice and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Wunderschönes modernes Appartement 300m vom Mert

Tolles Appartment in einer modernen Villa mit nur 2 Wohneinheiten. Die Erdgeschoss Wohnung verfügt wie beschrieben über ein großes Wohnesszimmer mit einer offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Bad und einem separatem weiteren WC. Beide Zimmer verfügen zudem über eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die beiden Terrassen sind wunderschön angelegt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung für einen komfortablen Urlaub zu zweit. Der kleine Ort Brusc bietet alles was man braucht und ist touristisch nicht überlaufen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die nagelneuen Mietbike Station mit E-Bike Trekking Räder zum Mietpreis von nur 1,5 pro Stunde.

Bel espace au calme et proche de la plage

Bel espace avec deux jardins latéraux pour profiter de la lumière et du soleil le matin et le soir : appartement bien agencé avec goût - propriétaire serviable et efficace. Je recommande vivement cet appartement

Maison et cadre très agréables

La maison est très bien, moderne et fonctionnelle. Bien isolée de la location à l'étage. Terrasse ombragée très appréciable. Le canapé est plutôt adapté pour une personne. Très bon emplacement : plage (de sable) vraiment proche, quartier calme. Les indications sont très claires, le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible.

Maison très agréable avec 2 terrasses, proche de la plage du Brusc. Pas besoin de voiture sauf escapade autour du Brusc. Nous reviendrons...

wunderful!!!

Francks Appartment is perfect for a stay with our little family. For two persons it is also for a longer stay. The appartment has a big roof terrasse so you can have your meals outside. It is only a short walk from the beach and some restaurants. Franck was helping out quick with small problems and was answering quickly to our questions. We met him twice in three days giving us information about beaches etc.

lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in LeBrusc

Unterkunft und Umgebung sind wunderbar für einen Strandaufenthalt. Sehr moderne, angenehme Wohnung mit wunderbarem Aussenbereich. Franck reagiert schnell und löst alles unkompliziert. Gute Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu Erkunden, es gibt so viele schöne Plätze zu entdecken.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Franck. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et de l’embarcadère du Brusc pour l’île des Embiez. Nous recommandons.

Thank you very much for the nice accomodation!

Franck hat eine wirklich schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft für zwei Personen. Sie besitzt alles, was man benötigt und für unsere kleine Tochter hat er sogar einen Babystuhl und Spielzeug besorgt. Der Strand ist superschnell zu erreichen, für Kinder ideal. Schön war auch, dass man morgens schnell Frühstück zu Fuß besorgen konnte und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. Einzig die Moskitos störten unser perfektes Urlaubsglück.

Nous n' avons qu' une envie, c'est revenir dans ce joli lieu, clair, spacieux, calme . Parfaitement situé, proche de la plage, mais suffisamment loin pour n'en avoir aucun bruit, c'est idéal . Séjour excellent , nous recommandons ! Martine, Joël

Merci Franck,le logement est au top !!!

Famille de 2 adultes 2 enfants, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Franck. Le logement est super, conforme aux photos (voir mieux encore!!). Équipements modernes, et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir "chez soi". Heureusement il y a une place de parking car super compliqué de se garer dans le coin. Et en 5 min à la plage ! Bref nous sommes ravis. :-)

Appartement parfait pour une virée entre copine ! L'appartement est tout équipé et dispose d'une superbe terrasse un très gros plus pour la région ! Lieu très calme, malgré que ce soit un haut de villa, les voisins les plus bruyants sont éventuellement les goélands :) Le système pour récupérer les clés est juste idéal offrant une grande liberté d'horaires ! Franck est très disponible et facile à contacter. Un plaisir de louer son logement. Merci encore à lui.
