Imagine stepping into this beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished vacation property, where the brilliant blue sky and ocean stretch out before you, accompanied by breathtaking sunsets, whales, and other marine life. Our private lanai has seating for four and is ideal for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and pupus. The view is truly magnificent!

Unit 1204 is a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condominium that has been beautifully remodeled. It has travertine-tiled floors throughout and is decorated with a mood-setting Hawaiian motif. The well-equipped kitchen features stunning granite countertops and SS appliances, making it comfortable and easy for anyone who prefers staying in and preparing their own meals.

We take cleanliness seriously, and the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival.

Our upscale condo has everything you need for a first-class vacation. Enjoy the comfort of central air, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting. The unit features a full-size washer, dryer, and smart TVs with premium cable in the living room and bedroom. The updated bathroom features a separate dressing area, a generously sized step-in travertine-tiled shower with a bench, and two showerheads: traditional and overhead rainfall. Experience the many upgrades that will make your stay exceptional.

The bedroom has a premium pillow-top California King mattress, while the living room features a Queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. During your stay, you can truly relax and unwind in complete comfort.

The bedroom and living room open onto a private lanai, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, which will lull you to sleep and become the highlight of your vacation.

The Mahana offers direct beach access for sunbathing and snorkeling, a large swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi-style hot tub. Beach chairs, a sand umbrella, and a small cooler are available in our unit. Two well-equipped barbecue areas feature high-quality stainless-steel grills. A lighted walkway begins at the Mahana, passes by the neighboring Duke's restaurant, and continues to Black Rock at the Sheraton Hotel.

Additionally, the Mahana offers freshly laundered beach towels daily in our lobby.

Nearby, you'll find excellent golf courses, and within walking distance, a variety of eating establishments, a dive shop, a grocery store, and other shopping. Everything you need is at your fingertips, making your vacation stress-free and enjoyable.

There are NO resort or parking fees, and we DO NOT have the $25 PER DAY amenity fee that ASTON CHARGES its guests.

Handicapped parking and electric charging stations are available. Additional cleaning charges may apply for stays longer than 21 days.

For those concerned about properties on the Mintoya list, the Mahana is zoned Hotel, and will NOT be subject to any of its restrictions. Additionally, all construction work at the Mahana is complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We highly recommend travel insurance. Unless air travel to Maui is restricted, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events outside our control, such as inclement weather.
If you need to cancel within 60 days of your arrival, we will attempt to fill the vacancy and refund as much as possible to minimize or avoid forfeiting any paid money. Cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.

We are John and Linda Waite and Kathy Roberts, proud owners of this outstanding one-bedroom, one-bath vacation property at The Mahana in Maui, Hawaii.
Linda's first visit to Hawaii at age 5 began her lifelong love affair with the Hawaiian islands and her desire (shared by husband John and sister Kathy) for a piece of paradise.
After numerous Maui vacations and staying at various resorts across the island, the decision to purchase a condo at The Mahana was realized in 2000.
We vacation in our home at The Mahana throughout the year to ensure it continues to meet our high expectations. We strive to make our vacation home the best of the best at this first-rate property by continually upgrading and improving it with each visit. From the moment you step through the front door, we believe you will know your choice of our home was the right one!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

After years of visiting Maui and staying primarily at resort hotels, sisters Linda and Kathy knew after seeing the beachfront Mahana that it was something very special.
Seeing The Mahana's simple and easy access to the quiet beach, absolutely glorious views, immaculately maintained grounds, large pool with relaxing lounge chairs, and sounds of the surf in the background made their decision easy. When the opportunity presented itself in 2000, they bought unit 1204 sight unseen.
To this day, the thrill of seeing that million-dollar view as you step inside never gets old. It is truly breathtaking.
