We had a great time at this beautiful home with a View of the water. It was more like being at home than in a rental. If you own a dog, it is perfect with a screened/fenced backyard and plenty of places to walk. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Nags Head Family Vacation

We had a great trip to the Nags Head area, including our stay at this fantastic beach house. Matching the description the hosts provide, the house is a perfect blend of old-school beach house with modern amenities. The location is great, minutes from the Jockey Ridge beach which our kids loved, and still close to some great local restaurants we tried while in town. Our hosts were very easy to get in touch with, and even reached out a few times to make sure our vacation was going well. Would highly recommend a stay with younger kids, they loved the property.

Great location!

Easy close beach assess. Watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound from one of the two front decks. Very comfortable accommodations with thoughtful, kind hosts.

Beautiful and relaxing!!

Magnificently relaxing views

We so enjoyed this home and the wonderful views from the decks. All the comforts of home, beds were super comfy, the neighborhood quiet and the hosts were outstanding. We had constant and positive communication before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Sunsets

The overall home and grounds was very nice. We especially enjoyed the evening sunsets, got some beautiful pictures. Loved the neighborhood the house was located in. The owners were very responsive to our needs and concerns.

Time away

I love coming to this area in the winter. It's such a welcome break for me from our gray cold winters in upstate NY. The setting & the view were fantastic. I love being so close to jockey ridge to hike the dunes & to nags head preserve to run & hike on the trails. The beach is always a bonus as well. I enjoyed spending time on the front porch,soaking up sunshine & also watching the beautiful sunsets!!

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I had a very relaxing time during our vacation while at Alpha and Omega. The house is beautiful and equipped with all the necessities. We have stayed at Alpha and Omega many times and have never been disappointed. View of the sound was comforting and relaxing. To be able to sit out on the deck with water views and a soft read while reading was enjoyable. Quite neighborhood and close to all the shopping centers and other activities. Wanda Peebles

Perfect Nags Head Get Away!

We were very happy with this rental! The owners were fabulous to work with, they responded immediately with any questions. The property was clean, comfortable and had EVERYTHING we needed for a beach vacation! The house is very child friendly , they have gates, high chairs , strollers , pack n play, wagons and much more. We purposely wanted to rent in walking distance to Jockey Beach on the sound side to ensure our young children could enjoy the water if the Atlantic side water was too rough. We lucked out and got to enjoy both! We will be back!

Amazing stay!

My husband and I stayed at this amazing home for a week in October and it exceeded our expectations! We brought our dogs and having the fenced backyard to allow them to play while I relaxed in the hammock in the backyard was beyond words. The neighborhood is very quiet. House is only a few minute walk from the sound access beach that we visited a few times a day to go swimming and play with our dogs. The house was very well stocked and had everything you could ever need for your stay including washer, dryer, stock pots, all cookware, beach items, bikes, fishing rods, and much more! We hope to be back next year as we loved it so much!

Everything was awesome!

We had a wonderful time because this is a great property. Our dog loved the yard so much! The beds are very comfortable. The house was well-stocked with books, games, and kitchen supplies. It's in a quiet location close to the Jockey State Park. However, the best part is the owners. When packing up, we forgot a pair of glasses. The owners found the glasses and texted us before we knew we'd forgotten them and have since returned them to us. We're so appreciative. For all these reasons, we hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Comfortable, spacious home with sunset views

Bill and Donna provide a comfortable, spacious, clean home with beautiful sunset views over Pamlico Sound. There are decks off the first and second floor from which to enjoy the views, very comfortable seating in the living room, and a huge range of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses. I would recommend getting the sheets/towels service which costs extra, but is necessary as one of the beds is a king. There is also a securely fenced backyard for your puppy friends. Bill was nice and responsive to requests. The property is very close to all the restaurants and shops of Nags Head, and is also very near to Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Beautiful Views, Beautiful Home

We can highly recommend this spacious, well-furnished, and scenic home. The view is delightful, with four decks, two overlooking the sound, and comfy outdoor furniture and porch swing. The sunsets are worth waiting for. The main floor and master bedroom have fabulous views of the sound, giving the house a peaceful, tranquil feel. Note that we had four teenagers with us--and still can call it tranquil! The house is clean, bright, and well laid out--with both a large counter and kitchen table, and everything you could desire on hand--bikes, fishing pole, grill, baby gear (wish we'd stayed here when our children were little!), boogie boards, DVDs, games, cards, books.... The owners are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thanks for letting us bring our little dog. We six plus Chessi had lots of room and enjoyed this immensely. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I hosted my daughter's family of 5 with 3 dogs. House was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The only thing missing was soap in the showers. Some small hotel soaps would have been nice. Kitchen was well equipped, yard was fenced for the dogs, neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful views of the sound right in front of us. Just a quick walk to Soundside beach and about a mile to public access on the ocean side. I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Retreat

Beautiful home clean light filled very close to water in a quiet neighborhood near stores and beach Provided what was needed to use at beach and also had things to accommodate children such as highchair stroller and pack and play They also provided bikes and fishing poles which we didn’t use but others might find useful Owners reached out to make sir we were happy with our stay

We love this house!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and fully stocked with wherever you needed. The view of the sound from the decks was amazing. The fenced in backyard was a plus, too. The owners were very prompt to answer any questions we had. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you Bill and Donna for allowing us to stay in you home.

We had an amazing stay with our 3 dogs. Property was very clean and perfect for our dogs. We were able to do a lot in the area as well as relax on the property.
