Nice property with great location

This property served our extended family (4 cousins + families: 16 people = 7 parents, 5 college-age, 2 high school, 1 middle, 1 elem) very well. Beachfront + pool onsite + nearby ropes course, mini golf, go-carts, aquarium, Wright Bros, Jockey Ridge, shopping allowed everyone to create the sun-filled day of their choosing. Plenty of space to relax at night with big open area upstairs and game room downstairs + 2 large decks. Bonuses = 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators (one on pool level), ice maker, game room, gas grill (also had charcoal), new decking front and top deck. Owners clearly take very good care of this property - very well-maintained. Suggestions for improvement: higher speed internet and range in the home, mattresses (super soft and all seemed peaked in the middle).

This was a beautiful house on the beach. Everything we look for when coming to the OBX! We had 16 adults and we had enough room for everyone! My only complaint is the main refrigerator in the kitchen would not hold the temperature. We had to move all our food 2 times, down to the 1st level refrigerator. Other than that, our trip was amazing. The description of the place says it has coin laundry but it is not so. It’s a normal washer and dryer. We only visit the OBX every other summer so we will be back in 2028!
