The Space:
Beautiful two bedroom, two bath gulf front quiet condominium with great amenities and access to the beach. This condo offers a shared pool with lanai, a patio overlooking the beach, and a full kitchen. Sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping for 6 a breeze! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Publix grocery store. Located on the South end of the Island.
This property is restricted to bi-weekly rentals. Rentals must be the first 2 weeks or the last 2 weeks of a month. Mid-month arrival or departure may be possible the summer months but must be approved prior to rental.
Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will need to pick up the lobby fob from our office prior to going to the unit.

the condo was more than adequate for our needs. If i were to do anything in the unit I would suggest the owner switch out the coffee pot for one that automatically turns off after two hours. We were careful and turned it off when finished. others may not be as careful and leave for the day with the burner still on and that will only cause your unit to eventually to burn out. Otherwise the condo was fine.
There was a problem with the location as far as our trip was concerned. We would not go back because of the difficulty getting on and off the island. Sometimes adding as much as an hour to the driving time. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about that.
Another draw back to the island is in a sense there is a captive audience when it comes to dining. The owners of the restaurants are are victims of their own P.R. The list of "The Best" places on the island is nothing more than a list. The value is non existent and the service leaves one wanting.
The condo is worth it but when all else is added in it is not a place that will be revisited.
