This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The house is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is stocked. I had zero complaints. The owner effectively communicates upon acceptance of reservation, and then again the week before, and if you have any questions, he answers within a couple of hours, if not sooner. Fantastic host.

Amazing 4th of july vacation

We had an amazing time and this was an amazing home for the week that we were there close to the beach and yet in a quiet neighborhood would love to stay again.

This property was great from the moment we arrived to the day we left!! Clean, spacious, stocked and quiet surroundings. My kid for the first time in years completed 2 host provided puzzles. Lol. Hopefully we will get to book again next year for longer stay. Hopefully there will be a bike in shed to make 4 block commute to beach easier but still plenty of parking near beach anyway!! This property is a great find!!!

Fantastic house

We loved staying here. Just off the beaten path enough to stay nice and quiet, and yet only a minute to coastal Highway and the beaches.

Excellent beach vacation home!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable! The location was great - close to great restaurants and the beach of course. Will definitely consider renting again.

Ray plays for a nice relaxing stay!

This place is in a nice area not very far from the beach and not very far from grocery stores and other surrounding restaurants if you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax and enjoy a few days by the beach this is the place for you

The house was very very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. The wifi was easy to connect to but we could not figure out the tv. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe being on a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again.

We go to OC every year but decided to stay somewhere with more room. This home was the perfect size for 5 adults. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back.

We had a great stay at this rental property. The neighborhood is gorgeous, one neighbor even stopped by to say hello. The house was clean, beautifuly furnished and had everything we needed. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues with the rental during our stay. The property owner Bob was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Personally, I like that its close to CVS, Wawa and Food Lion, it made it easier to grab things as we needed them. Harpoon Hannahs is very close also and was a big hit for dinner one of our nights. The kids had a blast during this stay and loved the rental. (We heard a lot of "do we HAVE to go back? We love it here." from the two of them.) We would definitely book here again.

Very nice place

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s away from all the hustle so it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give this place is that the floors were so dirty that when you showered you feet were black instantly. But would definitely stay again.
