We needed a place for three of us to stay when attending the RSA conference in SF. House was 30-60 minutes from Moscone center depending on traffic. 3BR and 3 ba wither for 3:adults.

beautiful home, lovely neighborhood

We loved our stay- the house was comfortable and beautiful, with everything we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. We would recommend this home to others and would book again if returning to the area.

Great view, enough space, not worth the

The listing says sleeps 12, but be very advised you will be charged 50 a person for every person over that per night. There will not be enough sheets for the extra people you have paid for and you will be sent on a hunt for a key that isn’t there to get more. There are only enough dishes for 6 people, which is embarrassing when you invite people over for dinner. The stairs are NOT suitable for small kids or the elderly. The bottom floor patio has multiple holes and is not usable. The check in process requires significant personal information, even though that is all supposed to be done via VRBO. Marbella Lane is communicative but rigid and inflexible in helping to keep guests satisfied. I am sure there review will pin these things on me, but I have never had a negative experience with VRBO in the past and wish I had read the reviews for this place more thoroughly as I am not to e only one to have last minute fees tacked on and less than satisfactory supplies available for the number of people I paid for.

Location is very nice and property was clean.

Overall place was very nice. Sliding glass doors are a little difficult to open and ping pong setup was not greatKitchen had everything we needed. Again overall nice place.

Good location

It was a good location, everything was about 5-10 mins drive away. The bed was a little too soft, the deck was weathered but everything else was good.

Separate company, needs more kitchen supplies

Because the Marbella group owns lots of properties, they have a separate system which caused some confusion. There were extra fees that I was told to pay, and then not to pay, etc. They always got back to me when I reached out, but a more streamlined system without a separate process from VRBO would be ideal. Also, be sure to bring more kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking: It’s fairly bare bones with just the very basics.

Disappointed

Our excitement about rental was quickly diminished, as plumbing issues dominated much of our stay. No hot water and defective kitchen sink faucet hardware. The handyman unable to repair. Marbella Group hadn’t been maintaining the property other than cleaning. The “handyman”mentioned that the issue was chronic and yet, they continued to rent the house without repairing the water heater? In our attempt to obtain reasonable compensation for the hassle this caused, we were further unsatisfied. Not worth the price they’re charging for off season.

Overall good

Overall our stay was great. We loved the view the house had and how close we were to everything. Some not so great things, some of the beds had dirty/ stains on the sheets which wasn’t the greatest thing to find. And we would have like some more clear instructions on check out. There are a lot of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend to families with small kids, but other then that our stay was great

Nice place

No issues, 3 story with a couple rooms on third story including master. It was foggy a lot of the time, seems to be a generally foggy location, but decent location otherwise. There's a great tub in the master bath. The beds are totally fine, ignore other reviews. 20 minutes to San Fran downtown almost everyday due to traffic. Quick to SFO.

Beautiful ocean views

We spent two nights here and would stay again. The property management company was very communicative, and check-in was a breeze. Beautiful ocean views from every window on both levels, lots of space, big kitchen and dining room, very nice bathrooms, and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Echoing a few other reviews - furniture is sparse, and much of it is uncomfortable, especially the living room chairs and mattresses in the front bedrooms. WiFi is great, but if you're working remotely, know that the only desk is in the open loft area next to the living room. Would have appreciated info in the house as is common for VRBOs on local stores, beaches/hikes, restaurant recommendations or menus, etc. We discovered Colombo's Italian deli - amazing sandwiches for breakfast & lunch! For the high cleaning fee was disappointed to find breakfast cereal chunks in the living room and cobwebs and spiders covering the skylight. But all in all, it was a great house and excellent location in a quiet neighborhood convenient to SF.

Spacious home in a scenic location.

Property manager was very responsive to questions. The house was spacious and within walking distance of the ocean. The driveway easily accommodated two SUVs. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances. The bathrooms were clean with copious amounts of hot water. The AC and heating systems worked well for the dynamic weather that exists in this region.

Beautiful view and great location.

The location is perfect, located a short drive from Rockaway Beach. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of room. Trips to San Francisco are close for sightseeing and local shops provide for any necessities.
