Bienvenido a 148 King & Prince, esta propiedad recientemente renovada se encuentra en el encantador e histórico King and Prince Resort en South Villas, y ofrece acceso a un paquete completo de comodidades que incluye acceso a la piscina principal frente al océano, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, centro de negocios y spa. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está convenientemente ubicado en el primer piso del edificio King and Prince Resort South Villas, frente al Océano Atlántico y St. Playa Simons Disfruta de impresionantes vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, la cocina y el dormitorio principal. Ofreciendo muebles nuevos, ropa de cama de alta calidad y televisores nuevos en cada habitación. Cocina remodelada con buen gusto con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos, baños completamente renovados con azulejos personalizados, tocadores nuevos y accesorios. El baño principal ofrece ducha a ras de suelo, tocador doble y armario de gran tamaño. Ambas habitaciones se actualizan con nuevos pisos de baldosas de travertino que ofrecen un acabado limpio y fresco. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, el dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales y la sala de estar tiene una cama Murphy tamaño queen, ideal para 2 adultos. Lo mejor de esta ubicación en el primer piso es que no tiene que subir y bajar escaleras o ascensores cuando va y viene de la playa y las piscinas: ¡simplemente coloque la puerta del patio y vaya directamente a la playa!

Las reuniones y eventos grupales en esta propiedad están limitados al número de ocupantes (6 personas).

I was familiar with the property. Everything was wonderful, including the weather!Everyone in the group was a seasoned traveler, and we were totally pleased. If there was any slight complaint, it was….and we were five women, there weren’t enough mirrors!Such fun. No worries. Ample parking. Great hot tub. Can hardly wait o return.Yvonne Bailey

We had high hopes for this condo based on the previous reviews and great location. The location is perfect on the ground level. You can walk right out on to the beach or over to the King and Prince pool. The condo is showing some age and needs a deep, thorough cleaning. There is obvious water damage to the living room and master room that has not been addressed. The master shower is covered in mold to a point that it cannot even be cleaned. All the mattresses are covered with a very thick memory foam type pad which make them very squishy (I get this is a preference, but the pads slide around and felt like you were sinking into them. It just felt gross). There is lots of dust and spider webs in corners. We killed multiple bugs during our stay (more than would be normal in a humid environment). The kitchen is stocked but very disorganized. The appliances were the nicest thing in the condo. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Seems like something from a waiting room. It did at least seems cleaner, because of the leather material, compared to the rest of the condo. The entire places smells old and dirty. Our clothing smells after returning home. Every corner or under every surface is covered in dust, hair, food, etc. It seems it hasn't been cleaned, other than a surface wipe down, in a long time. Thankfully, our family rented another condo in the same building so we stayed there most of the week. For the cost, there are very nice and clean condos in this building.

Great Beach Vacation

The property was great, and perfect access to the beach. We just wanted a quiet weekend on the beach, and that is exactly what we got. The condo is great, the beds were comfy, and the location is perfect. There is great access to the beach. Restaurants are within walking (or biking) distance, and really, it is all you need. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout was perfect and it was just enough room for our family of four. The beds were cozy and the location was spot on! Steps away from the beach and the resort pools! We will be staying here again!

All That And More!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the King & Prince. Our unit was clean and comfortable. No issues at all, and we are already discussing coming back for longer next year. We were within 20 yards of the beach and main pool. Also happy that we had a designated parking spot. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect sun and beach getaway

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful villa. Only downside was hurricane weather and we had to cut the trip short due to power outage on the whole island. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Spring Getaway

What a great condo with a fabulous view, so close to the beach and easy access to the King and Prince. We had a great week here! Love the location and everything about the condo. It was very clean and well stocked and we had grant communication with the rental agency. Can’t wait to come back!!
