Esta bien equipada casa de 3 habitaciones / 3 baños se encuentra a solo 4 puertas de la piscina comunitaria y el jacuzzi O disfrute de la privacidad de su propia almohadilla para salpicaduras y bañera de hidromasaje en la casa. Con un montón de actividades para todos, esta casa seguramente se convertirá en su próximo lugar de vacaciones favorito.

Permanezca un rato más y visite el famoso Parque Nacional Zion, conduzca por Snow Canyon o navegue en canoa o kayak en uno de los tres embalses locales. Loved all the fun things this property had: bikes, double shot, movies, access to Disney + etc, games, private hot tub, pool toys. Great location too. Would love to stay here again.

So nice to be steps from the pool and to have our own splash pad when it’s time 100 outside. Loved our stay. Great floor plan, some fun games and pool toys. (Only thing I would change is the dishwasher).

Great house in a super fun neighborhood

We’ve stayed in a couple properties in this neighborhood and this was our favorite! Comfy beds, all the amenities we needed for cooking and having fun. We loved the toys like the corn hole equipment. The splash pad and hot tub were really nice. It was a short walk to the pool from the back door.

Everything you could ask for

The property was everything we were hoping for. The location and layout of this unit was perfect for 2 families. Being so close to the pool and having the large grass area right behind the home was perfect for our small kiddos. The splash pad and hot tub also set this unit apart. We had fun with the double shot and Xbox 1 as well. Overall our group was very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family fun

My kids LOVED staying here, playing on the Xbox, the TVs in every room, Scooters, bikes, ping pong, the hot tub and close proximity to the bigger pool were perfect! The only bad thing was the bigger pools and splash pad were not turned on yet because it was January which was my own fault for not reading the fine print and both propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t use the fire pit which my kids were bummed about, but other than that it was perfect!! Had everything we needed!

The owner truly has thought of everything and this home is a shining gem in Paradise Village for all the reasons you mentioned. Fire pit propane should have been full and usable. We fully inspect every detail before guests arrive, but this must have been missed. We feel bad, this could have been quickly remedied by our on-site team, just give us a call. The water park slides and lazy river have a specific heating schedule, but the upper pool and hot tub closest to this home are heated year-round which is fabulous (so unique to other communities in St. George area). another enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time at this property. Overall cleanliness is good. However, on this trip we noticed that our toddler grandson had dirt marks/stains on his knees from crawling on the floor which leads us to believe more time needs to be spent cleaning the floors in the kitchen dining area. However, all other areas of the home were very tidy and clean. We really enjoyed the amenities offered by Paradise Village. Correspondence with the property managers was top notch which made checking in and out seamless.

Lots of board games and surprisingly all of the pieces and instructions are intact!The location in the community is PERFECT. It opens up to a green belt and one of the two pools is pretty much in the backyard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Great location and home

This spot was excellent for our family. It had everything we needed inside and backed up to a yard, which is great for play for the kids. We struggled with the property management company at check in the lock had a weird quirk to it that they didn’t communicate so we had to get help to get into the place. The patio furniture was broken, which was a huge bummer for our family since we wanted to sit outside and watch the kids play. We let them know that it was broken, but they didn’t do anything about it. I would recommend this rental but be aware that the mgmt company is not proactive.

P Overall, our experience with this property was a positive one. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse was great. We love the area and the house provided great bikes and other activities to use while staying here. Some negatives are that the pool was supposed to be heated but was only warm one out of the three days we were there. The house itself could have been cleaner. As another review mentioned, the linens and towels are kind of dingy and need updating. The house was well furnished and spacious and as I said before, overall very nice.

The upper pool at the clubhouse is heated year-round. So is the hot tub next to it. The lower pool is heated in warmer months and peak holidays. The linens we are taking a closer look at, we feel there is nothing wrong with them, but certainly will look at replacing them as they get used as we do constantly with more wear and tear on the home. We aren't sure what you mean by it could have been cleaner. The home undergoes a detailed quality inspection before anyone arrives and we have a report that shows it was spotless from our inspection. Over all great house

We stayed at paradise village quite a bit. Love this neighborhood! This house was probably the most banged up and least stocked out of all the ones we’ve stayed at. The biggest issue was the thermostat.. We had to turn it off because whenever we turned the heat on, it would just run nonstop. We would try to turn it down then go back to check on it and it was kicked back to a higher temp than we set it at. Night time got cold but that’s better than sweating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this property. We would stay here again. However, we have noticed some general decline in the furnishings from wear and tear over the past couple of years. Cushions on the chairs around the table and one at the island bar have lost their spring and desperately need to be replaced. There are two chairs for adults on the back patio and one was in a total state of disrepair. This unit could stand to have a few more chairs for the patio to accommodate a few more adults. The splash pad is very enjoyable for younger children. The home was clean. Great location with excellent pools.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a fun place to stay. We had a blast here. Loved the hot tub and loved having a pool basically in our backyard. The splash pad had some issues and the water level didn’t get up very high, which was disappointing. Also, we had trouble with the drinking water from the fridge and next to the sink as neither would work. They did come to look at it but it didn’t fix the issue. Regardless, we had a blast here. Loved the kids bunk room. Love that there are two rooms with king beds. Would definitely recommend, just hopefully the splash pad and drinking water issues would be fixed by then.
