Santuario Tropical Sebastián

Esta es una propiedad verdaderamente única que ha sufrido una renovación completa recientemente. Encimeras de mármol, electrodomésticos de actualización, azulejos y carpintería a medida, techos abovedados con tragaluces mecánicos, sistema de sonido de altavoz bluetooth, estacionamiento, etc. La propiedad tiene un estanque (un enorme koi de 20 años y una bandada de patos amigables) con una terraza con vista, iluminación del paisaje, barbacoa y una canoa. El área de la piscina es grande con una piscina de agua salada y un mosaico personalizado de 250 pies cuadrados. Se presta especial atención a los detalles a cada paso. :)

Esta casa cuenta con una Master Suite completa, con ducha privada. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales, uno que también sirve como guarida..

Ubicado en el centro de Sebastián y cerca del campo de golf, el aeropuerto de Sebastián y el centro de paracaidismo, a menos de 3 millas del río Indian y a 7 millas del océano abierto.

Sebastián tiene varios restaurantes y bares frente al mar, rampas para botes y senderos para caminar. También está a una hora del aeropuerto de Orlando, Disney, Sea World, Cabo Cañaveral, parques acuáticos, jardines botánicos, el teatro Riverside (y otros), Vero Art Center, el zoológico de Brevard, y la lista sigue y sigue ... no para mencionar la gran pesca!

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

Great Stay

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

We felt so at home the minute we got to the house. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We came for Christmas and Chanukah to visit family in Vero and this was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back :)

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

Family vacation at Kathy’s Flamingo Lounge

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

A most accurate description

From check in to check out it was an amazing property. Fully equipped including condiment, salt and pepper and laundry supplies. I have rented many properties over the years but this was the best. Pool great. Beds great. Spotlessly clean. Kathy and her family were perfect and all questions answered immediately. Car required. I will return. Cheers.

Tropical serenity

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet …enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! I lived in this home for years before moving to a smaller house. Spent the past 6 months renovating the property with attention to every detail. The idea was to create a truly unique experience for guests. Every detail has been attended to from the mosaic that covers the entire back of the house by the pool deck, to the tile work, the granite counter tops, new beds, pressed sheets, koi and ducks in the pond, bluetooth sound system, new large screen TVs and brand new dishes, hand made glass wear, etc.

If you are looking for a property that will allow you to relax, unwind and entertain in a beautiful environment, this is the one. A BBQ grill sits on the deck overlooking the pond where the ducks and koi swim. The pool has hanging chairs that you can lounge in while enjoying time with family and friends.
