The Delaware Estate was specifically designed to showcase the mountain views which are framed by large floor to ceiling windows and doors. Tall ceilings create a sense of grandeur and warmth to the open-concept space with modern porcelain tile flooring throughout. The living room is large and inviting with its overstuffed couch, comfy accent chairs and large HDTV perfect to curl up and watch a movie or air the weekends' big game. Enjoy a dinner party in the formal dining room set for 10 with easy access to the wet bar or keep it casual at the kitchen dining table and bar with an additional seating for 10 (seating for 6 at the kitchen table plus seat for 4 at the breakfast bar). The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for all your hosting needs with brand-new stainless-steel appliances which include an oven, microwave, 4-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher and LG refrigerator. There is also ample space on the solid granite countertops to show off your culinary talents. Just off the kitchen you will find the entertainment room with custom billiards table which converts into a ping pong table and additional lounge seating with fireplace.

Venture outdoors to the south-facing, resort-style backyard and take a deep breath as you scan your surroundings and realize you have arrived at your ultimate dream vacation! Enjoy the sunshine all day in the oversized saltwater pool and spa and ample seating areas that are the perfect place to sit back and relish in the striking desert mountain views. There is a covered 5-burner BBQ grill (natural gas) to keep you shaded as you put dinner grill for your guests in the warm desert evenings. This backyard was master-planned with amazing amenities as far as the eye can see. Lined with rows of young Date Palms, there is a pathway that will lead you to the oversized fire pit, regulation size sand volleyball court and 3-hole putting green. To the right side of the property you will find the shaded hammock garden and bocce ball court. Even with all of these amenities there is ample space on the grass to throw a football or challenge your friends to a game of corn hole.

This single-story estate boasts 5 impressively large bedrooms and a total of 9 beds, all with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, Casper mattresses and premium linens.

The Primary Suite is furnished with a King bed, seating area and ceiling fan. The newly remodeled primary en suite bath features floor to ceiling porcelain tile, dual sinks, vanity, freestanding bathtub and large walk-in shower.
Suite 2: Queen bed, Smart TV and ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a large full bathroom with Suite 3.

There is space available for up to 6 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted. EV charging outlet available (guest to provide cord).

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety.

Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held early to mid-March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

Walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, minutes from the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; 5-10 minutes from the La Quinta Resort, PGA West, Old Town La Quinta, and El Paseo. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert.
