Each inch of this brand new home has been built having in mind our vacation rental guests and taking into consideration their desires for the best vacation stay. Our House has been custom made to cater the most exquisite guest who look for perfection with the most high end finishes through out the entire house.

From the moment you enter into the house the panoramic mountain views will take your breath away from every angle of the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and hall ways. The open floor plan with a thirty five feet Fleetwood sliding door and the countless twelve feet panoramic windows creates a seamless transition between interior and exterior. In the center of your living room a massive custom made quartz column holds a beautiful double sided fireplace that can be seen by every angle of the kitchen and living room. All of the house floors have Italian marble, and all counter tops are custom made Quartz through out kitchen and bathrooms.

Kitchen has a twenty five feet island with large seating area and its very well stock for small and simple or large family meals. Custom made quartz through the entire kitchen, hansgrohe fixtures and all top of the line Miele appliances such as the cooking stove , fridge, double oven, microwave and a very nice built in espresso machine for our coffee fanatics!

All of our five bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms where every detail has been carefully though to make your stay a perfect one. Each bedroom has its own plasma with cable tv.

The luxurious resort essence that you will feel as soon as stepping into the property is also due to our 2,000 Sq. Ft. pool which provides a 14*14 spa that fits very comfortably ten people, four waterfalls with four fire bowls, a massive tanning self of over thirty feet to lie down or to have your kids running and playing as if it was their own small pool. It also has a bar with stools to have your favorite drinks while in the pool, two islands in where to sit or lie down, and several sitting areas inside the the water to make the pool a unique experience. By the pool bar there is a sunk in fire pit, bbq, outdoor fridge and sink so that you can relax, cook or drink while conversing with your family or friends in the bar area.
Outdoor space also offers outdoor dinning, putting green with three holes for our golf lovers, plenty of sitting areas and loungers which transforms the outdoor living an experience which does not envy any world high end boutique hotel

Everything has been carefully design for your entertainment and to bring a special resort experience to our guest.

House is located in the mesa view which is just minutes to downtown Palm Springs and all its shops and restaurants. Very safe area with some of the best mountain views the desert has to offer.

House is also very close to all of the music festivals, tennis tournaments and golf courses located in Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indio.

No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music keep it indoors.

If guest desires pool heat:
Option 1: there will be a $2000 pool gas deposit. Within 7 days of departure gas bill will be presented and 80% of the bill will be charged to the pool heat deposit. Deposit amount is subject to change depending on current gas prices at time of stay, not at time of booking.
Option 2: Heating the pool is $200 per day and it takes approximately 24 hours to reach a temperature of 84°F.
If only spa heating is desired, $50 per day.
